We were able to get our old van (1996 Dodge Ram) in for an inspection as soon as we arrived. We believe our alligment was wrong and the mechanic was able to find it within a few hours. The cost? Free! Unfortunately, the gentleman who lent us the van wanted us not to fix it at this time so we had to pass. However, if in the area again and having car troubles, I'll be sure to swing by.

Disappointed with everything honestly. Owner has a large chip on his shoulder he was hard to handle. We were passing through town on vacation so we didn't have much choice but to use him.
We needed a radiator replacement which he did in one day. Although he did not hook up the hood release cable so we couldn’t open the hood. He did not put the clips in the plastic shield, it was just thrown on top of the engine. The bottom shield plate was never put back on and he kept it. We found a tool inside the engine and the coolant was not filled up. He charged right under $700 for this. Good luck

Man, I can’t thank John enough. I wrote a review for Johns excellent service a few years ago when I just started using him as my mechanic. Over the years he has helped me maintain two different Subarus and has always delivered excellent service. John has saved me countless hours and dollars just by being a good reliable and flexible mechanic. I am so happy with the service he has provided and I wanted the world to know. 10/10

Went to get my car fixed it. I have a friend who is a mechanic also and since I'm a travel nurse from Iowa that friend wanted to call the shop and tell them his experiences to try to help. Mr. Friend was very defensive and hung up on him stating he doesn't take advice. He also forgot about me on the day he had my car. Part of the reason I had my friend call was because Mr. Friend (that's the guys name seriously) told me he wasn't sure what the problem was and he was doing research. Awful customer service and they seem pretty inexperienced.

I was charged for new rotors when they were only turned. I found out later after getting the wobbles when braking after only a few months. I took my vehicle to another shop and was told the rotors had been turned too many times and were below spec. Would not recommend.

He tried to diagnose my truck stuttering at red lights due to a miss fire as my front CV axles being bad. I mean really My engine stutters sue to something that has nothing to do with the engine. After regrettably approving the fix I got a fat 1,000 dollar bill and he then mentioned “oh yea one of your cylinders was miss firing so I went and fixed that no charge”. (He had previously don’t plugs, and coils a few weeks earlier). THAT IS WHAT I WANTED FIXED FOR FREE!!! Instead he found a way to get me to pay 1,000 dollars. Lesson learned…

Excellent and efficient shop! I take my vehicles here for regular maintenance like oil changes and I am always completely taken care of. This shop works on my 4 Runner, my chevy work van and even my 1977 RV. Additionally, this shop has been SO accommodating and quick to get my vehicles repaired and safe for long road trips. I had an employee that needed an emergency repair, and John fixed it for us the SAME DAY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Scary!! I have a college student and she was yelled and screamed at in a very aggressive/intimidating manor for not knowing when to pick up her car. She is a polite, smart young lady. Not BBB accredited.
