I really used to like this place because they carried a brand that I liked and the employees were kind and helpful.

I don't mind tipping for extra help. If I received help finding a new device or an alternative to an out of stock item, I certainly tip but I typically go in knowing exactly what I want.

Over the past few months, when I decline tipping on the iPad, some of the employees have had bad attitudes. Tipping is optional and if I decline, I would still like to be met with kindness. That hasn't been the case recently and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went in to exchange a pod because the pod I originally bought was not the right one for the vaporesso 4. Christian was super helpful and diligent about the product. He explained to me which pod I SHOULD be using and the correct way to clean my vape. Thanks, Christian, appreciate it!

Excellent customer service! No rush, Jake really knew every product and answered every question thoroughly, and Cameron was really helpful and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with the product I purchasing. 10/10 would recommend to my friends. Super clean and organized!

What time are yall actually open? I came 45 minutes after 9am which your sign says you would be open and so does google. Doors locked.

Oliver is the definition of a great employee. The store has tons of great products from some heavy hitting manufacturers in the vape industry. Great prices and great service!

Don’t purchase from here. Defective vape. Attempted to return two days after purchase (100 Juice) as time permitted. I was advised that if I returned the vape sooner something could be done. Instead of Ria being patient and attempting to exchange the vape instead of REFUND he stated there was nothing he could do and advised to attempt to fix the vape $38 vape by watching YouTube. Asked to call the owner who did not answer. There is a difference in exchange vs. Refund but Ria can continue to watch the Disney channel in the background. Most vape stores will exchange if defective to care about consumers coming back.

Update. A friend bought a vape I immediately told to her to return it as this business doesn’t deserve any of my references . 5 min after the purchase the manager stated there is a big sign on the counter & did not make a return. Looks like this place needs a Webster’s dictionary at that counter too.

This place is absolute joke they sell me $100 vape and are constantly out of the coils that go with it ( GTI ) spoken to two of the employees about it and it's obviously not their fault The owner just doesn't give a shit Don't shop here go anywhere else
