First and foremost, the two female employees there are very nice and helpful. What wasn’t nice or helpful was how they don’t have any REAL signs up mentioning their no refund policy. I purchased a scale from them and it was fine but I got home and realized I already had one… so I came back within 2.5 hours to return it in its original package and everything accounted for. They said there was absolutely nothing they could do. Again, don’t blame the workers for this at all, but who ever owns this place needs to make some professional adjustments. Here’s some advice: advertise properly and have the appropriate signs up and also mention your no refund policy before all sales are made. Very unaccommodating and unprofessional business.

I was in town from Georgia visiting family for Christmas. Griffin was working when I went in and was so nice, so friendly, turned out we are from the same area. Long story long Griffin found me on social media after I left my debit card. He knew I was headed back to Ga soon and wanted to get it back to me!!! That is above and beyond customer service! What an amazing human being! C-Vape is lucky to have him as an employee! Thanks for the above and beyond!!! Xoxo

2 of the employees i have dealt with were very very pleasant. The manager is knowledgeable and helpful. My bf and I went into this shop and bought a disposable vape. My boyfriend tried the cape out before we left (apparently the store wants that so they can avoid returns.) Everything worked just fine until this morning... Now everytime we go to hit the vape it makes this weird noise that I've never heard before. I call the store and whoever answered the phone had a serious attitude problem and word for word told me "We don't have a return policy because the owner isn't going to eat the cost of the return. That's why we require you to try the vape before you leave the store. We understand it's also a loss to you as a customer but the owner of the store isn't going to do returns. First of all WHAT?!? If the vape is damaged and not really working from the get go, what are they doing with those vapes? I highly doubt they don't return them to the wholesaler for at least credit towards the stores next order. I ran a head shop and dispensary for years, I know that these vendors are willing to help with returns on products that are not properly working. I feel like this store is just too lazy or too incompetent to process a return. I'm in between chief vapor and this mess of a store so Chief Vapor it is. I will 100% never step foot back in this store again. It's sad they would want to lose customers who spend at least 300 a month on disposable vape all because they wouldn't just exchange a product that was not working properly. BTW it was a 20$ vape. Not even that expensive. Just take the old dysfunctional one and give us a replacement so I can be a happy customer and continue to shop at your location. I'm not asking for anything for free im asking that the goods I purchase from your location actually work. So once again 0/10 I do not recommend this place. I'll drive half a mile difference to Chief Vapor where they actually treat you right!
