I will never revisit this location. I came seeking some replacement pods for a vaporizer I had, and they told the lady I was with while I was on the phone that it was going to be $30 before tax. I have used these pods for years, and have never heard of them being higher than $21.99. He then decides to start haggling with her, which is one of the most unprofessional things I have ever seen. I had to get off the phone to directly ask how much they cost from this store and he asks how much I wanted to pay while his wife is giving him other numbers. I will never return, I do not go to a store to have someone try and upsell me. I have no idea how they have such high ratings, the stock is minimal for the size of the store, and the customer service is non-existent.

Management is non-existent and they won't give refunds or exchanges even though I didn't even leave the store yet! I realized the product i bought was the wrong model and asked to exchange it and was told that only managers can exchange items so I'll have to come back 5 days later to exchange an item i didn't even walk out of store with.

Great place to get pods and juice. They have a lot of variety and carry my favorite flavors. People who work here are super knowledgeable and helpful. I finally found the right pods thanks to Amanda! No more burnouts after two refills. That girl is a gem. About to head over now for some more supplies! Also! It’s legit one minute from my house. I couldn’t be happier with this place. 🙂
