To the owners/managers who run this location: teach your children some manners. Three of them, one named Peter, feel they have free reign of the place bc their cousins work there. It was annoying to hear them yelling their order to Peter repeatedly. My husband and I were just trying to enjoy our ice cream. I have no issues with owners letting their kids steal from their company, but at least do it quietly without disturbing the paying patrons.

Have been here many times and always had a good experience. My only issue this time, was I got a strawberry malt and as I drank it on my way home I sucked up a weird chunk that wasn’t strawberry. Luckily it was just a piece of malt. It didn’t bother me, but another customer down the road may have an issue with it.

My family and I stopped there and we had an issue with a peanut butter milkshake. It had so much peanut butter that it was too thick and not good to eat. We took it back to the window and explained it was not edible. Then asked for an exchange for something else and was told they would not do that per the manager. They then shut the window. We went back to the window and then they would not return or talk to us. There were no cars in the drive thru. Sad that they would not correct the mistake they made. This is poor customer service. We ended up throwing away the milkshake.

Staff was unfriendly, and it seemed like I was an inconvenience. I have been to Zestos in several towns and have always been amazed with the size of their cones. This time, I was amazed at how small my cone was. I was served ⅓ the size of other Zesto cones. So it was missing ⅔ of the ice cream for the same price. Definitely won't be visiting this location again!

Zestos is always one of my go to ice cream shops. The flurries we got there are amazing. Though for some this is a plus, for me i don’t enjoy it, they do go really heavy on the add ins and do a very thick dip layer.

Turtle Sundae was delicious. I ordered a medium and should have gotten a small. A wonderful soft serve island floating in a sea of butterscotch and hot fudge. Throw some pecans in top for good measure. Who could ask for more in a dessert?
