This spot was fire. I got the pho brisket with the thin sliced beef and it was legit perfect. Super flavorful, just the right amount of kick, and the portion hit the sweet spot. Karly took care of me the whole time and crushed it. She wasn’t annoying or checking in every two seconds, just smooth and on point. I told her what I wanted and that’s exactly what came out. The place has a cool vibe, the food was great, price was solid, and I left full and happy. Definitely coming back.

Came in with a large family group and took up about half the restaurant. Only three employees on shift but handled it perfectly and even went out of their way to take custom song requests from my little cousins as well. Ordered a shrimp pho bowl and loved how the broth came out. Can speak for the rest of the family that the food there was the highlight of our 8 hour drive back from vacation.

[!!! food health and safety concern!!!] there are so many flies in the restaurant! They are in your food, on your face. I don’t understand how a restaurant can neglect their food safety to this extend. You can’t really stay there for long, as the flies are on your face all the time. See the pictures!

The food was ok, but the service is really slow. Half of us already finished our food and the rest haven’t even got their food yet.

The pho is also overpriced, you ended up paying $30+ for coffee + a pho , without any service.

I’ve eaten here for the last few years and am a big fan. Great stop for food or boba. Really good chicken pho! The prices are pretty high in comparison to the Tri-Cities/ Yakima ($18.50 for a lg pho) but is a good treat every once in a while!😋

They've recently had new ownership and changed quite a bit to the menu and how they operate. I just found that out as I called for a to-go order today. The vermicelli bowl with just grilled pork (no shrimp, no fried egg rolls, nothing else, just pork) is $28. I asked on the phone to have some extra fish sauce and they charged $2 for that when my husband went to pick it up. Like WHAT?!? I'm a Vietnamese myself and I have NEVER ever been to any legit Vietnamese restaurant where they charge you extra for sauce or extra veggies if you're ordering Pho. This is crazy! If they keep operating this way, I won't be surprised if they go out of business fast. My family and I certainly will not be coming back.

Loved the options here, so many delicious things to choose from! We stopped here after touring the CWU campus and were super hungry, so we ordered several items and ate family style. It was all delicious, especially the pho and pad Thai, but too much to eat in one sitting, so we took home leftovers. The place was cozy with lots of thriving plants and fish. The only thing I'd change is to have ice in the carafe of water. This place is a new favorite for us!

Just have to say the pho here is amazing! The broth has a really awesome complex flavor that stands alone by itself wonderfully. The peanut sauce with the spring rolls are also amazing! Only criticism I have is that walking in it’s a little confusing as to what you need to do if you want to dine in! I honestly think this could be fixed with a sign that either says “please wait to be seated” or “seat yourself!” Staff themselves are wonderful and willing to answer questions if you have them.

The food is great, the service not so much. Their hours change nearly daily it seems, which is very frustrating. Last time I went they closed early while I was in the resturant and I felt rushed to finish my food. We got our appetizer with the check... if it is that late, it should have been comped! I just wish they had better service 🙁
