Very unprofessional Walgreens. Look at their reviews they literally have less than 3 stars. I will NO longer be shopping at Walgreens store 6438 The only one who truly helped me were the 2 girls with black hair and glasses She was so kind. But other than that every person there that supposed to work in customer service is not friendly one bit. Pharmacy workers don't get me started nothing but young, rude people. I could tell from the very beginning, this store is not the best. Everytime I go in there to shop I have such an unpleasant experience. Store manager is no help. Assistant manager was unprofessional. Bald man that works there is so rude and takes forever to come to help a customer. He must hate his job because his face always looks sour. I must have waited nearly 30 minutes to be helped in departments such as Photo and Cosmetics. The line is always so long with only 1 cashier. They obviously need the help from experienced qualified workers.

NOT open 24 hours, as it is posted on here or ON THEIR FRONT DOOR. Nothing against the employees but step up your game Walgreens. They said they open at 8 because they are short staffed, understood but don’t falsely advertise the hours. This is the third time this happens at this location

Beyond grateful to Dr Linh and her pharmacy team at Walgreens . I was attended with such respect and admiration. I truly felt like I was in capable hands . I have been a loyal customer at this location for over a decade and everyone here has always been more than willing and helpful. Regardless of what your here for remember that we are all trying our best and these healthcare professionals always have our best interest. Have a blessed day everyone! ❤️🙌🏽

I love this place. Isn't too busy, I'm in. I'm out with what I need. Lady at the cash register is always nice. I'm a silent man, I don't need much pleasing and I'm not one to chat.

Horrible. I needed help on photo side. I was only looked at. Instead of being helped. I kept asking for help. No one only said someone will be there. Someone finally helped me by rolling their eyes at me and saying what do you want. So there’s that. Never again.

I called about getting a price check on one item. Each time I got transferred to a new person. The second person (male) who answered the phone was just not professional at all. A sassy attitude. I asked about a Claritin bottle and he processed to tell me “ I know that I’m asking you what kind of Claritin and how many tablets” and then transfers me to another sweet girl who actually had no problem answering my questions and checking out the floor for what I was asking. I didn’t even bother going after I spoke to them and after seeing the online reviews I’m glad I just went to target instead. they had the same discount and they always have excellent customer service.
