Yesterday I wanted to get a coffee and sit down and charge my camera battery. I found an outlet and a place to sit. However, the table and fireplace screen were extremely dirty. I hate to use the word filthy, but it was filthy. The chair was ripped up in several places. There wasn't just a coffee stain or some crumbs on the table. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very, very long time. I left and ended going further out of my way to starbucks, even though this location is closer to the wildlife trails. I have photos if Tim Hortons management would like to see them.

Went inside because the drive thru was a long line and I was in a hurry. Ordered a coffee and 2 hash browns. The girl at the counter was on her phone the whole time she took my order and the next persons. Took about 8 minutes to get my hash browns as well. Idk what's so important that she needed to be on her cell phone the whole time, but come on. You're at work. There was also a bunch of garbage on the pick up counter.

Never have a bad experience here but today my husband ordered hash browns for the family. These hash brown are disgusting. They literally taste like they were cooked in burnt paper like they lit paper on fire and cooked them in the smoke. Just gross!! Other than that not a bad experience.

Doordashed Tim Hortons. Not sure why they went all the way to West Bloomfield when there are a million closer to me. Glaze on raspberry donut was weird. Had an odd flavor and was very much dripping off the donut. Scared me a little, wasn't sure what I was eating and I washed my hands about nine million times. Had frozen hot chocolate which was kind of awful. Shaved ice with little to no chocolate flavor even with chocolate syrup. It gave me a headache and was very dissapointing. Looked beautiful but tasted terrible. Have 3 more chocolate frosted donuts to go. They look good. Hope they are minus the glaze on the raspberry donut. Not a good experience.
Update: the remaining donuts were dipped chocolate with sprinkles and a cruller donut with chocolate icing. The dipped chocolate ones were chewy and had that weird fried oil taste like the raspberry donut. The cruller with chocolate is however amazing and gained the review an extra star. I never had a cruller with chocolate but this was light, pull-apart, and the chocolate was so good. I would order the cruller's with chocolate again and maybe try the frozen hot chocolate again just to check myself and my opinion.
