Went for dinner last night and it was so great we came back for breakfast today! For dinner we ordered the southwest egg rolls for an appetizer and for meals we had the short ribs, prime rib, and New York steak and they were all cooked perfectly and delicious and the cocktail did not disappoint either! Breakfast was just as tasty huevos rancheros, crab cakes Benny, and the French toast. If you have not tried this place yet, you're missing out! The staff was all friendly and amazing and the service from Amber, Candice, and Olivia was exceptional!

First off, Mariah was an awesome server and took good care of us. I've always wanted to stop by here and today was the day. Very good food, very good service, and I will definitely be back again. I had the Patty Melt and it was perfectly cooked with good flavor. The garlic fries were also good. My homie Brandon had a waffle anf said it was really really good. So, all in all a good experience.

it’s been about 8 or 9 years since we’ve been back to this restaurant - our little family of 4 just got done backpacking up near Eagle Lakes, and the first thing on our mind was FOOD.
Luckily, we decided to stop at Three Pines bistro-
same Dine and Dash vibes, just elevated. Burgers were phenomenal and i’m not just saying that because we were starving…
So happy we stopped in and Kayla our server was amazing - Food 10/10, service 10/10
We will definitely be back!!

It made my day to eat here! Food was SO DELICIOUS and tasted like quality. DO NOT overlook the kids chicken strips! It's sooo juicy.

Staff checked on us many times and were tolerant/patient of our 3 kids going in and out to the patio. The patio is enclosed so while we couldn't be seated outside, I'm felt comfortable to let the kids go outside unsupervised

Driving through Colfax and decided to stop at Dine n Dash. The customer service is absolutely phenomenal. The bartender Kayla helped us immediately. She mentioned the kitchen had JUST closed but she’d see if they’d squeeze in another order — and they did!! Everything was DELICIOUS! Including their water.. iykyk 😆 the food was cooked to perfection. And the drinks were perfectly made! 🤤 Olivia made sure everything was great during our visit and helped see us out - we cannot wait to ‘Dine n Dash’ again!!

So so sooo delicious!! The cowboy burger was so juicy! We ordered the bread pudding with ice cream for dessert and thank god we’re were able to get the last one! It was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend if you got a sweet tooth. Our server Kayla was such a sweetheart (: if we’re are ever in the area again we will definitely be coming back. I can see why they have such great reviews

Hands down one of the nicest places I've been to in a long time. The staff here are great, the food is great and it's just a really nice spot. I can't believe how many times I've driven up the hill and said I'm going to stop there and didn't make it. Well I'm sure glad I did this time and I will definitely be back. Thank you for having such a nice clean location and for having such wonderful staff.

Good breakfast stop in Colfax.
California Supreme Omelette, loaded with bacon, Ortega Chiles, mushrooms, pepper jack cheese with avocado, salsa & sour cream on top.
Good, cooked perfectly & it came out quick.
I opted for the biscuits and gravy, rich & filling.
Mrs had the French dip, caramelized onions & pepper jack cheese on a garlic butter roll. Two thumbs up from her. Came with a side of cole slaw.
The bar area was closed when we dined at 12: 30 but they serve adult beverages at the table.
Closed on Tuesdays & at 3pm Mondays.
A little spendy at $25 plus each without ordering beverages, signs of the current high cost of food.
