Started with mashed potatoes and gravy, mashed potatoes are smooth, rich, and creamy. The gravy reminded me of KFCs gravy take that how you will. The mac and cheese was decent and had no real seasonings added salt and pepper due to that being the only seasonings I had access to. Next, the French onion soup (please keep in mind they said they didn't have none and possibly went out of their way to make it but was specifiedwe could wait) the onnions was under cooked and chopped a lot larger than normally served there was no croutons put in the soup the broth had flavor but lack a little love in my opinion it tasted like. Knock of it wasn't rich in taste or bold. Finally, the end the steak, I'm super big on steak, for what it was, it had really good flavor and was cooked perfect to how I asked. The atmosphere is a more mature crowd, not a lot of younger customers but none the less it was a balanced vibe. Sever was nice and was very tentative. Overall, price was quite good, in my opinion, $34.89 for all the food, and a drink isnt too bad in today's inflated market.

Everything is delicious! The staff is incredible and made my birthday so special with a surprise gift! We like the perch, potato skins, french onion soup, fries, and chicken salad sandwich.

My favorite place in Washington Court. All the food is great. The deviled eggs and onion rings are my favorite appetizers. You can’t go wrong with a good ribeye followed up by one of their many great pies.

Honestly, if you want an absolutely delicious slice of scratch made pie, The Willow is your place! However, with the exception of a couple menu items that stand out (the ribs and chicken and noodles, for example), the food is average. I personally can’t stand instant mashed potatoes, so that’s a big thumbs down for me. If only real homemade mashed potatoes were served…
On another note, I appreciate the real butter served with the rolls and bread, and the sweet tea is always fresh and perfectly sweetened.
Service is always friendly and attentive, and the dining room as well as the restrooms are very clean. It can be a bit loud and echoey when it’s busy, but is much more quiet and relaxed during the typical slower hours of the day.
Highly recommend the butterscotch pie!

The Willows isn't a large restaurant, but it is a comfortable place. The service is good and the food is excellent. The burgers are juicy, and the sweet potato fries are amazing! The only issue I had is that it is noisy there with everyone talking, but that is not something the restaurant can control!

A local favorite. Food is always well prepared and servings are enough to take home for another meal. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Noise level is somewhat high because there always seems to be a full house and that is a lot of people in a smaller space. Other than that no complaints here. Oh and if you’ve never tried sugar cream pie, this is the place to do it. Delicious!!

We love this place. We drive from WV to IN several times in the summer and we always try to stop here for dinner, particularly on Thursdays, fried chicken day. Their fried chicken is some of the best I’ve had. And their pies…to die for!
