Very good meat quality. Have bought from them multiple times and have never had any issues. They are able to cut pretty much anything you need to specifications.
Most definitely better steaks then what you will get at the grocery stores!

THE MEAT IS OVER PRICED
I BOUGHT 1 INCH THICK RIB EYES AND GOT 1 INCH ON ONE END AND 2 INCHES ON THE OTHER VERY POOR QUALITY
