This store has continuously screwed up orders. The latest incident included ordering double steak and receiving no steak at all in my bowl. Corporate should review quality of this store.

Food was delicious! But I understand the comments on the service the woman you took my order rushed me and seemed to have an attitude. Other than that the portion was fine and the food was fresh

I’ve been a regular Sweetgreen customer, but the King of Prussia location just lost me for good. I ordered a salad and immediately noticed a cherry tomato that was soft, moldy, and clearly rotten—how does that even make it past prep? When I brought it to their attention, the staff brushed it off like it was no big deal and flat-out refused to give me a refund. Not a replacement, not a credit—nothing.

This isn’t a $5 salad. Sweetgreen charges premium prices for supposedly fresh, quality ingredients. If I wanted slimy produce and rude service, I could’ve gone to a gas station. Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing from a brand that preaches sustainability and health but can’t handle basic food safety or customer care.

Avoid this location unless you enjoy paying top dollar for spoiled veggies and attitude.

It's 2025, and sadly, racism behavior are still very real — even in upscale places like this mall.

Most of the staff were friendly, but I had a very upsetting interaction with the server in the photo. He was incredibly rude and condescending. It felt like every customer had to FOLLOW his personal rules. If you were still looking at the menu when he said “hi”, he will repeated that same word and let you order until you said “hi” back. “Please give me couple more minutes” is a NO, you have to say the word “hi”. He also corrected my wording in a patronizing way, then literally laughed in my face and mocked what I said. When I placed my order and said “lettuce,” he cut me off and said, “Oh, it’s not lettuce, it’s called romaine,” then laughed dismissively while repeating the word lettuce in a mocking tone. If I wanted kale, I would’ve said kale. If I meant spinach, I would’ve said spinach. Does sweet green has other lettuce than romaine? No! There’s no reason to belittle someone over how they phrase a food order.

His attitude was humiliating and felt deeply disrespectful and rude. I didn’t come here to be lectured, mocked, or made to feel out of place. This kind of behavior should have no place in public service, and it’s disappointing to encounter it in a place like this.

I’m not sure what these other reviews are talking about. Maybe they are there during super busy times and they forget the servers aren’t robots. I’ve only had good interactions and the food is always fresh, the kale is chopped up small, roasted chicken is awesome. There is always variation in serving seasoning but never in a bad way, just in a gets cooked fresh way. We always eat here when we come to KOP.

Best salads for an eating out spot. I go here pretty regularly. The harvest bowls are usually my go too but I have had a lot if others and everything is good.

Located inside the KOP mall, closer to Macy's and above Bar taco. Orange parking is the closest parking lot. This is located in mid of several food options like Mediterranean, Korean, Japanese, Burger joints etc. We wanted to try as my friend recommended this place.
Style is assembly line style, I selected a Bowl, and these bowls are very deep and bigger bowls !!! I asked for lettuce, and he dumped a bag of lettuce never had that much lettuce ever. Then for rice they have wild rice, rice and Quiona. I went with Wild rice and rice.
For Addons Sweet green has tons of options like sweet potato, chickpeas, Broccoli, Red cabbage, onions etc. I did see apples, but I dint go for it.
Then proteins they do carry 3 styles of chicken, and I went with blackened chicken with good portion. Then finished off with dressing.
Interestingly the staff mixed the bowl very well and haven't seen that before.
Custom bowl came to $16, and it was a heavy bowl and I was unable to finish this and definitely tasted fantastic.
Will definitely try this place again. High price for a Bowl but tasted good with generous portions!!! Parking could be challenging on busy days !!

Sweet greens, sweet service!

Leaf and Kevin were the best! Patient, kind and helpful—I left with a full tummy and full heart.

Great selection, fresh ingredients. Would recommend as a quick, energizing bite as you shop ‘til you drop.

I walked up at 11am and the store was not yet open so I came back 20 minutes later and was met with the face of "why are you back here already we are still not open". Also, the owner of this place is not very smart. He's just trying to pay people the least he possibly can get away with it seems in the hiring choices here. Does not feel like a professional healthy establishment so I no longer care to come back here I'll make my own salads.
