The wait was short and the staff very friendly and polite. The wait was about 5 minutes and the ice cream was very delicious. They had about 10 - 15 flavors of ice cream. There was no seating in the store but there is plenty of room outside with live music.

The end of an Era has come to Sweet Molly's Creamery. I have been getting phenomenal milk shakes at Sweet Molly's Creamery for over a decade and even while they were named Maggie Moos. The milk shakes are over $10 but they were worth it. So much so, that it was a ritual every time I came to Myrtle Beach. Usually a few times per year. Then I told a friend there on 9-16-25 , bragging the who way there. I bought the same Cake Batter chocolate milk shake. I asked for it thick, just as I have done every other time. What I got was excuses and the saddest example of a milk shake you could imagine. I feel cheated and ripped off. I was there only customer at the time and you would have thought they would have put some effort it. NOPE. I have shared this event with some locals and they are recommending the Crazy Mason Milk Shake bar. Fingers crossed that I can find a worthy establishment to restart my tradition.

From the moment we walked in, the service was top-tier. I have to give a special shoutout to Samiya—truly one of the kindest and most attentive servers I’ve ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always with a warm smile and genuine care. Whether it was helping us navigate the menu or checking in just the right amount, Samiya made the whole experience feel personal and thoughtful. It's rare to find that level of kindness and professionalism rolled into one. Highly recommend this place, and if you're lucky enough to have Samiya as your server, you're in for five-star service from start to finish. ❤️❤️❤️

Ordered 3 small cups for kids, they asked for toppings. Staff began to mix toppings in. Well, kids dont like mixed in, but like it on top. I asked not to mix, and that created whole issue. All 3 workers gave me an attitude saying they dont put it on top, they only mix it in. What? You cant put toppings on top of ice-creamthey continued mixing it in. Kids felt very uncomfortable and agreed to it. They threw 3 cups on a counter for me to pay. We are locals and been there several times and every time staff is miserable. Never again

Ice cream was great! Customer experience was far from the same. The worker behind the counter was so rude, I almost went next door to a different shop for another option. I’m clearly getting ice cream as my wife has already ordered and the man behind the counter told his coworker not to give me another sample bc I had already reached my 2 sample limit. I understand if someone is getting them over and over with no intention of paying but it is a time and place kinda thing. Understand the environment. I’ve never left a review for a company and his negative attitude and rude nature lead me to leaving one after this experience.

My wife and I decided to get some ice cream. We went in to try Molly's Creamery, and the overall atmosphere was terrible. There was no greeting. When my wife ordered her ice cream, the lady just turned around and started making it without any interaction. I got a small cup of ice cream, which was supposed to be two scoops but was more like one and a half scoops. My wife got a small waffle cone. They were very sparing with the ice cream yet very pricey. It cost us $18.23 for just two smalls! Unlike other ice cream shops that make sure to fill your cups up, these were truly smalls! Don't get me wrong, the ice cream was good, but it was definitely not worth the price for what you get.
