Went there for the first time at around 7pm on a Thursday. It was pretty busy but the staff was very friendly and trying their best to help everyone out. At the time, they do have a help wanted sign and they definitely need the help. The treats taste as amazing as they look. Had a strawberry milkshake and my wife had the Dubai chocolate bowl both very good but not sure about the $18 price for the small cup, it better be imported from Dubai at that price. Will definitely go again

I'm obsessed! Tried it for the first time 2 weeks ago, and I'm not proud of myself for coming back the next 6 days in a row! I missed a couple days and when I came back in, they remembered me! Lol

You walk in the door and you're welcomed by the girls behind the counter saying Hi with a smile. And they always make sure to say Bye when leaving. Overall, they are great at making you feel welcome.

I've tried every flavor of gelato, some are good and some are amazing! I have yet to hit the 10 second on the buzzer, but I'll keep trying. Looking forward to watm summer nights on the patio enjoying all the sweet treats they have to offer!

Sooo many delicious options. Best dessert shop I have ever been to. I love the beautiful display of baklava they have at the counter. I ordered a Dubai chocolate bowl and a small Dubai chocolate heart. Their portions are large and one item is definitely enough for two people, I had some the day I got it and the next day. Soooo delicious. 10/10 would come again

Me and my husband stopped by the newly opened Sweet Melts shop for the first time on 2-21-25 ordered a Dubai chocolate crepe, 4 scoops of gelato and a shake. The crepe was hands down one of the best desserts I’ve ever eaten. The service was a bit snobby. I thought it was just because the young ladies were nervous or just new at it. My husband went back for me on 2-23-25 and his experience was also snobby. Maybe teach the young ladies better customer service, as they should be better acquainted with customers from all backgrounds. It cost nothing to smile and be polite and make customers feel welcomed.

Sweet melts is such a cute vibe! There are so many options to choose from so I can’t wait to go back and try more delicious sweets. So far I tried their pistachio gelato which was amazing, their famous Dubai chocolate cups, and Kenafa, which were all so yummy!

We needed something like this in Crown Point! Super cool atmosphere with lots of treats available. Great place to reach out of your comfort zone and try some sweet treats you might not have before! Will definitely return!

We had the best dessert experience at Sweet Melts! We ordered three crepes one Oreo and two Nutella and a Dubai chocolate cheesecake, and everything was absolutely delicious. The crepes were perfectly thin and loaded with rich, gooey fillings, making every bite pure indulgence. The Oreo crepe had the perfect balance of crunch and creaminess, while the Nutella ones were classic and satisfying.

The Dubai chocolate cheesecake was next-level decadent—smooth, rich, and packed with deep chocolate flavor. Every bite was pure heaven!

Overall, the flavors were amazing, the presentation was beautiful, and it was such a satisfying treat. If you have a sweet tooth, Sweet Melts is a must-visit! We’ll definitely be coming back for more.
