Nasty service!! Although they do have very good ice cream, which is why I came back many times, but since they switched to only ordering through the screens - the employees started treating you nasty with zero respect. Im not even talking about how an ice cream place should be friendly and also sometimes let u taste a little of somethings- just basics!!! So disappointing, my favorite place for razzles and ice cream but I won't come back anymore unless this chanhes!! And I've already told everyone I know...

We placed a large order of salads and ice creams. One ice cream was crooked therefore we asked for a single empty slush cup to hold up the large ice cream that was dripping. The worker told us no we cannot have one the manager was not willing to give one either although we offered to pay cash for one. We were really surprised as about a year ago the service was great. This past year the service was not too great however I did not expect it to stoop so low. I'd rather have ice cream with friends and family in a pleasurable environment and pay for great service.

Great experience normal prices unlike other places when I send my children there I now that they'll have a great time without emptying my pockets. Great atmosphere we could see that you are really trying to make your costumers happy and sweet expressions is a blessing mid-term and final season when the girls need to go out. Oh my gosh the waffles everyone you gotta check that out the best food ever!!!!!

Lady behind the counter filled my order (2 soft ice creams) and put them on top of the ice cream machine and walked away for a few minutes to do something else. Wasn’t 100% sure if it was my order since it was busy, so I didn’t say anything. After about 5 minutes she comes back, calls my number and hands me the ice creams that already started to melt. I asked for fresh ones since these already started to melt and they refused. So I asked for a refund again they refused. They offered a gift card which I don’t need since im not from here. So now I have no ice cream and a gift card im not able to use.

I had a really bad experience here. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping us. On top of that, the place was dirty. Tables were sticky, and the floors were in need of a serious cleaning. It just didn’t seem like the place cared about cleanliness or providing good customer service. I won’t be coming back.
