My experience was far from satisfactory. While the cashiers were polite, the baker's behavior was unprofessional and frustrating. I provided clear instructions yet the final product was completely different from what I had asked for. When I raised these issues, the baker was dismissive and refused to make the necessary adjustments. I had already communicated that I expected to be informed if there were any problems, whether due to missing materials or an inability to execute the design, but no one reached out to me. Given the poor outcome and lack of professionalism, I can't recommend this bakery. To the baker, I suggest taking customer feedback more seriously and communicating more effectively in the future. After viewing previous reviews it is clear that i’m not the only one.

Had a great experience coming into the store. The owner and the worker behind the counter were very nice and appreciative. I have tried all the things I set my eyes on and I have to say this is some of the best chocolate I have EVER had! There wasn't a thing I didn't enjoy and that says a lot. Many selections from normal items to sugar free. Even if you are a diabetic I would highly recommend coming here and trying them out! They do seem to have seasonal items that do happen to show up during certain times of the year. Prices are worth what you are paying for. This is some top notch chocolate coming from the little town of Peru, Indiana.

When I pointed out these discrepancies, she responded with a dismissive attitude and was uncooperative when asked to make corrections. I had previously communicated that if any issues arose—whether due to a lack of necessary materials or an inability to execute the design—that I should be informed. However, no such communication was made, and the baker appeared to believe that no mistakes had occurred. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this bakery to others, as the errors made were compounded by the lack of professionalism. To the baker I spoke with, I urge you to approach customer concerns with greater understanding and courtesy. Effective communication is essential, and it was sorely lacking in this instance.
