First time customer. I noticed it was quiet they definitely could play some inviting music while customers wait but Service was Great nonetheless. The gentleman at the register didn’t ask if it was my first time an what he would recommend for a first try to really hook me but he didn’t try to rush me or try to sell me anything I didn’t want or need so I commend him for that but he was very friendly definitely would recommend that in the future the cashier/Server ask if it’s someone’s first time there also recommend their favorite Bowl or smoothie as to better connect with people . I was able to I was able to watch them make it and I noticed how everything was fresh was done with precision and after the first Bite of the Bee berry sting I was in Love!!! it was so good and light for a healthy start to my day and I had the Apple kiwi kale smoothie and you could taste the freshness and how refreshing it was …I’m Definitely sold an will be a returning customer Thank you Keep up the Great work!!

Just about fell on the ice that wasn't taken care of on their sidewalk. The sidewalk was a mess following the snow and ice store we received. Out of the numerous employees working, nobody could find time to clear the ice. One employee was even staring at it while outside on his phone. None of the employees were friendly. Will NOT be going back!

I heard a worker at smoothie king being utterly disrespectful to another employee who I see at smoothie king on a daily basis. It made me frustrated and upset to hear the rude comments that were made by a new employee named Delaney to an employee Alli who’s been there for over a year. Unacceptable behavior. I hope smoothie king makes a change because everything has gone down hill since the old mangers have left.

New management has taken over and the place has changed for the worse. The drive thru line takes longer and they have lowered the portion size for certain items so now the price cant even be validated. Very disappointing.

They should change the name, smoothies suck. Yeah, it tasted good, but very unhealthy, not what was expected for a business specializing in smoothies. More like fancy, overpriced frozen yogurt... Definitely won't be back.

One of the best smoothies I have had, I think once the workers get the hang of things and using the equipment it will really take off! Definitely will become a regular here!
