What an adorable store! And that adorable man could not be sweeter. I called and he stayed open late for me, and then I got to see his beautiful artwork on the counters and the floors. And the teenager who served me was super friendly. What a good-hearted place!

They have unique inventions: rolled ice cream, with frozen candy pieces, delicious premium hard ice cream, beautiful creaps, and even icees!

My family just left this place and it is soooo good!
We were cheerfully greeted. The young lady behind the counter did an excellent job explaining the various flavors and giving free samples for us all to try.
The older gentleman (owner, perhaps) informed us about the all natural ingredients and about the ice cream company itself. It is also very kid-friendly.
We will definitely be back!

I tried their Matcha green tea ice cream which is delicious and my husband tried the carrot mango Italian ice that was also very good and our son had the Superman. Id like to thank the young gentleman that was there tonight wish I knew his name he was very nice and polite.

We went for ice cream after dinner and it was great. They carry a high quality brand of ice cream and the owner is a really friendly guy. The store is VERY kid friendly with games and fun stuff to do.

I can not stress just how bad the customer service is here. I've tried to eat here twice. We saw this place was gonna open when we moved to Laporte in 2023. In February 2024 the web says it's open. But it's not. I called and a guy answers the phone with hello. He didn't even announce the buisness. We had an awkward conversation about when they think they'll open. He says he thinks at the end of the month.

I finally see the open sign on June 22nd. I came to finally get ice cream, and they said they're closed when we walk in. We asked when do they close and they said, "like 8." With a careless shrug. The time was 8:40. The website says 9. The very same guy who answered the phone for us in February sees us walking away obviously not happy and asks, "what didbthey say to you in there?" After we told him, he simply walked away. The customer service is so bad.It hinges on sounding like a pseudo disney cartoon villain. Obviously they have a lot of things to straighten out.

Customer service was awful. Teenagers who clearly don't care about helping the guests. I just gave up on trying to have ice cream here due to the lackluster responses from the employee at this establishment. Then when I said "have a good day", I just get a "Yep" in response. I'll stick to my usual ice cream place.

I was hoping to love this place but it's a one and done for me. The teens were slow and not friendly at all. They never said hi, have a nice day or anything. Just want do you want. The prices are too high in there to be this slow and unfriendly.
