It's a lousy place to load I've been waiting for 28 hours and all the trucks that arrive spend a similar time.

A diferencia de todas las opiniones que encontré aquí,tuve cita día 15 de octubre a las 1900 mi llegada a las 5:30 pm la chica de recepción, muy amable y linda me pidió regresará a la hora dei cita,me dijo dnd podía aparkar y regrese ala hora ,era otra chica muy profesional hice el check-in me dió acceso espere un rato me dieron puerta y en dos horas ya IVA en camino,todos muy profesionales,volvería allí de nuevo, gracias!!

They absolutely don't load before the appointment time!!! You need to be physically in the Shipping Office at your appointment time to check in and it doesn’t matter whether or not you came earlier and left them your phone number. They don’t check in earlier and can forgot to call you. They need to see your truck, so park it nearby at the entrance C where Shipping office situated. No staging area or overnight parking. There are 2-3 spots to park on the side of the road near entrances A and B, but there is chance they can kick you out. No restroom. Fast loading if they give you the dock. Tight dock parking space.

Great place to pu. Fast check-in and out. I was easy drop/hook. Lot big enough to maneuver, they put drops close together but was able to get to landing gear ok. Bathroom, didn't see vending. No overnight but a small truck stop at exit 29 and rest area between ex29 and 30

I really don't know what the Big Fuss is all about with this shipper. All I can say is that I had a great experience with this Shipper. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00pm EST on March 18, 2024. I arrived and got checked in @ 9:45am EST. In dock door #57 @ 10:00am. Off the property with BOL's by 11:00am

Maybe because it's early on a Monday morning and I am the only one here, but heyyy 🤷🏾‍♀️ I'm Not Complaining 😉☺️ Remember my experience is my experience!!!!

Arrived at 0650 for my 0700 appointment. Drivers check in at the house to the right of the drive.
Ladies there are super nice and professional. Check you in and check out your trailer. Was suppose to be a live load but they had a trailer loaded for me already. Enough room to maneuver/ drop/pick-up your trailers.
Stop back at office on way out to get your paperwork.
In/out under 25 minutes!
