My favorite fitness studio opened a smoothie and ice cream bar!! The smoothies are so good. Ingredients are fresh. I love getting one after class. My fave is Finish Strong, it's so refreshing and delicious. They offer whey and vegan protein options, and can also make them without protein if you prefer.

The ice-creams are also pretty good. I like the raspberry cheesecake and the vanilla PB swirl. Cotton candy is also surprisingly yummy! They rotate the flavors and you can vote for upcoming flavors at the counter! Lots of options.

The staff are so nice and genuine. One time they ran out of kale and they asked me what substitute I'd like -- I really appreciate their honesty. You can just walk in for any of these treats without taking a class. Although I strongly recommend checking out their classes while you're there 😉

Good ice cream in the immediate area is very hard to come and the ice cream here is incredible. The flavors are vast and you are able to sample them (some ice cream shops have banned this). Pictured is the Banana Oreo. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of their selection!

I've tasted several different smoothies from here but my all time favorite list is the banana nut, peanut buzz, cinnabeauty, and pinakolada. The best part of their smoothies is that it has a protein option for Incase I want to work out lol but now they're offering very delicious ice cream from curly's ice cream shop in new Jersey and it's to die for, its just so mouthwatering creamy dreamy deliciousness in a cup I cant have enough of it and they offer so much variety of flavors I would personally say they have better ice cream than the ice cream trucks yes I'm referring to mr frosty with their all year round regular flavor option. I recommend this top notch shop if your looking for the most amazing ice cream in all tri-state area and the most mesmerizing smoothies that makes you consider working out as an option lol I definitely recommend people to check them out if they want to enjoy a memorable time.

Great ice cream and awesome smoothie also they have great customer service. They also let you try any flavor of ice cream you choose and have color changing spoons which I found pretty interesting and unique to my ice cream experience. Hands down the best place to enjoy a smoothie and ice cream after a nice intense workout 💪😋

The Peanut Buzz was one of the best smoothies I've had in my life. It came with a free scoop of protein powder. The server was amazing and he even gave us the leftovers from the blender that didn't fit in our cup.
