Dr. Kleiner has been treating me for retina issues for the past 3 months. I feel strongly to share with everyone how truly wonderful he and his staff are. In every aspect of my care, they have gone above and beyond what I have expected and have experienced in other medical offices in the past.

He is extremely caring and has a very gentle and compassionate way about him. His staff couldn't be nicer or more accommodating to me and my personal schedule. The women he employees treated and continue to treat me and my partner with respect, warmth and genuine compassion every time we are in the office for treatment.

Thanks for a wonderful experience ... in a not so wonderful circumstance.

In 1995, I experienced a sudden, overnight, painless loss of vision in my right eye, a condition which I later learned was a Central Retinal Occlusion. My opthalmologist immediately referred me to Dr. Kleiner in North Wales, an hour's drive from my home. When I arrived at his office, I was somewhat taken aback by the considerable number of patients waiting to see Dr. Kleiner. Like most people, I have some issues about long waits for over-booked physicians. After meeting with Dr. Kleiner, however, I learned to set aside my objections to long waits because I realized I was in the hands of a doctor who truly cared about me as a patient. My loss of vision, though partial was still considerable as well as permanent and came as a shock to me once I realized the extent of my loss. Dr Kleiner took the time to calmly and patiently answer all of my questions in detail, while doing everything possible to protect me from any further loss of vision. A few months ago, I was diagnosed with age-related Macular Degeneration.and it didn't take long for me to call Dr. Kleiner's office. His waiting room is still crowded, but it is crowded with people like me who want their eye care to be in the hands of the best retinal care specialist available.If necessary, I would continue to see Dr. Kleiner in his North Wales office, but I was pleased to discover that he now has an office in King of Prussia, as well. I would not consider seeing any other doctor.and I have no reservations about recommending him to anyone in need of a retinal specialist.
