I grew up in Norwalk and this store is positioned in a perfect location. It is the only store in the East.Norwalk area that you can walk to for small items and meds. it is rite next to the on off for 95
and during Covid - it allowed you to get important things without going to the bigger stores that are further away. As some of the other comments have indicated, with in the last year or more the shelves are not well stocked. In my opinion this is due to Walgreens Corp challenges associated with restructuring. This puts the employees in an awkward position when people ask why merchandise is not well stocked They are not in a position to answer. Corporate- this is a great location and this store could be great source of revenue, You are not utilizing or managing it property - Do Better!!

By far the best pharmacy in the area, quite possibly the best I’ve ever dealt with. The entire pharmacy staff is not only friendly but honestly caring and compassionate. If I could give them twenty stars I would. So incredibly grateful that they survived bankruptcy!

So far the best rite aide store I ever visited, I was greeted by a representative immediately I walked in to the store, she asked how, she could help me. Few mins later, the store manager: Zaid , walked up to me with a beautiful smile asking if needed help. The store was very clean and organized. Everything was in order. I will definitely back!! Best shopping experience !!!

I shop at this location all the time and "zaid" and his staff are wonderful. Good deals weekly and amazing customer service. The store is always well organised and neat!!! I defiantly recommend this location!!

Rite Aid Pharmacy on East Avenue in Norwalk CT is a great pharmacy. The pharmacists are very caring about you and your families health! I have been using this pharmacy almost 25 years and will attest to the good service they provide!

I love the store. It's always clean, easy to get around and always well stocked. Employee by name Kevin ** was great. He goes out way to help customers. The pharmacist always well informed and eager to answer any questions you have. Would recommend to my friends and family. Great job done in a great store. Great staff.

my husband and i have been going to the rite aid in norwalk for over 10 years now . the staff over there are fabulous from the technician to the pharmacist. All the pharmacists at rite aid in norwalk are fabulous and always willing to help . specifically one pharmacist his first name is ted is so wonderful to work with . he never takes no for an answer and always get the problem resolve and out the door with prescription in hand . with the newly store manager the store is in the right track . the store look amazing
