The Italian food at this restaurant was unreal. We got two pizzas and two pastas for a group of four and it was the perfect amount (keep in mind that this is an American writing this). The wine was delightful. The service was wonderful. I regret not getting the name of our server, but she was phenomenal. She was attentive, kind, patient, friendly and willing to help us understand the menu. Her English was excellent. It’s not lost on me that I’m in Spain and no one should have to speak English to me to explain things, but she did and she was incredible at it. We would definitely eat here again! Couldn’t be happier with our experience.

This place had the most lovely staff. Father/daughter team that were helpful with us ordering and couldn’t have been more pleasant. We absolutely loved the lasagna and recommend. Saw people eating pizzas which looked cooked to perfection and such big delicious serving. Definitely go here to eat if you are in Mansilla. It’s open all day to and shuts at 7.30 so us foreigners can eat when we are hungry !

Had the pistachio pasta, mozzarella with tomatoes, and tiramisu. Was all amazing and the owners were so kind! Would definitely recommend. Some of the best food we’ve had on the Camino!

We had a wonderful dinner on our Camino. Daniella, daughter of the owner, was fantastic in explaining our options in English. Pizza, risotto and panna cotta exceeded our expectations. Cannot wait until the next time.

We had an amazing salad, lasagne, and pasta(espirales con salsa cremosa De la casa). It was delicious and Jose was fantastic (careful ladies he's got movie star good looks!). Overall great experience, would definitely recommend this place.

As pilgrims on the Camino, we stayed the night in the hostel above the restaurant. Doru, the owner, was extremely kind and welcoming to us. As a hostel, it was far nicer than many we have stayed along the trail with towels and nice beds!! The food was great - we had steak&salad, pizza, two amazing risottos, and some good salads! The food was amazing and everyone was very pleased. The rooms were tidy and well kept. Thanks for the great stay!
