I must say that this frozen yogurt was delicious! I really thought the ordering was pretty flawless and easy. My 7 yr old was able to do it oh her own. This is surely the new way of getting ice cream at the mall for us 💕 I must also add that the customer service was superb. When I hit a technical problem, I called the number and the owner was not only friendly but just. Thank you! Tip: don’t forget to pick a payment first from the screen and then inserting payment!!!

It's not a good option for yogurt ice cream, it's expensive to have so few options. The machine didn't give us the spoon and doesn't receive payment in cash even though he says yes. I don't recommend it

Juat spoke to a couple who were trying to find this place. Didn't realize what they were talking about initially. It's a pretty cool robot-styled frozen yogurt vending machine inside of the Burlington / Best Buy entrance of Palisades Mall on the ground floor. So technically, it's not open 24 hours, but you can get to it pretty late, assuming the security guards don't hassle you.

Edit: That was a shockingly fast response to an overwhelmingly positive review bringing you business as we speak. Someone with the right authority should really remind security about the hours. They routinely tell people to leave for sitting in their car for 20 minutes after a movie. One was eyeing me literally as I took the time to write this. Hardly your fault, but the situation affects customers. Even worse if it were to affect evacuees.

Edit 2: The situation HAS NOT improved, even years later. A security guard rushed us out of the building at 2 while we were using the vending machines. He said the building closes at 1:30 AM. If the mall is open 24 hours, security didn’t get the notice somehow.

One of the coolest machines I’ve ever seen in my life, amazing frozen yogurt available 24/7 I’ve came back 3 times already and don’t plan on stopping! Only takes a few minutes, very fair prices for a quality serving of yogurt!!! : )

Only 2 flavors...vanilla and chocolate....and 6 toppings. Just cereal and sprinkles, rainbow or chocolate.

Edit: saw the company responded promptly, & not only do I love good customer service, but I also do love the robotic froyo machine concept....so bumped it up a star (from 2 to 3). It is worth the additional star, anywho...a large cup here cost me $6, whereas I recently went to a local froyo place and spent $16 on a cup of froyo (admittedly it was very filled but it was still very expensive.).

The convenience and savings of this machine alone is enticing. If the flavors do rotate, I will be checking out what's new whenever I am in the mall.

Really nice owner. Had some issues with the machine and got there within 4 minutes and gave us an extra cup. Great service!
