Desecionada de este lugar era mi lugar favorito pero hoy estoy desecionada. Me cobraron más. Al doble. Dicen estar a1.99 i 2.99 los cereales ite cobran 10 i 6 por los. Cereales was Lee L el cajero más pésimo que visto le doy 2 estrellas 💫

It was nice staff was friendly. . I was standing there, trying to get her attention to ask her a question. She was cutting the cheese and popped a piece in her mouth.. and she still didn’t notice me. One of the other employees made a comment to a coworker, which I won’t go there that’s not very professional either.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had to go back into the store to get my money back for their price discrepancies & every time I go in there’s HORRIBLE customer service. It’s a huge inconvenience to be charged incorrectly and then have to go all the way back to get my money back. Why can’t they just have the correct price displayed When I came back in today the manager Cindy saw me standing waiting for someone to help me yet chose to walk away, a cashier had to call her to come over. She didn’t ask what I needed or greet me at all. Guess she doesn’t do pleasantries… And then when I told her the bottle I purchased had the wrong price labelled, she made a comment about it being alcohol… what does that have to do with y’all not charging correctly? No apology, nothing. Just ok.. here’s your dollars back. No bye or thank you. Acting like I was the one inconveniencing y’all is crazy to me… I’ve been avoiding this Ralph’s for a while but this just put the nail in the coffin for me. Even though this is my local grocery store, I will choose to shop elsewhere. You should too.

It looks like Amazon Fresh is going to be eating Ralph’s lunch at least as far as stock variety and selection goes. I was told that they no longer sell Mrs. Smith’s and they haven’t had their cherry pie for two years now. I ordered some from Amazon Fresh and they brought it to my door in just a few hours.
