Good luck waiting in line. The slowest serving ice cream In Suffolk county. Went on a Wednesday afternoon and stood in a 2 person line for 20 mins before finally leaving. Go anywhere else .

The italian ices were delicious as they always are there.
The service was excellent.
It definitely does need more seating and to hide or clean up the garbage area behind the building.
Despite that, especially on these hot days, I definitely recommend this wonderful place for any one of their delicious refreshing treats.

Ralph's is a long time favorite of mine. The Chocolate Water ice is my favorite, and I always order that. But this year, 2024, they've gotten my order wrong a couple of times, which is a bit amnoying.

This spot is a mash up with a bunch of different restaurants out of one kitchen. I stopped for Nathan's - the food was made fresh and it was delicious. They also had a burger place, Toxic wings, chicken, a cookie joint and Ralph's Ices... all at one counter. Very small area, so not a lot of space to wait. I didn't mind though since Nathan's are few and far between on Long Island now (which is a shame).

This place is a filthy pig sty. Truly disgusting, nobody involved with this place cares one whit about it's success or the health and safety of the customers.
