I've been entirely ghosted by this company, and I have no idea why.

I had a pretty negative experience at the Allen, TX location and wrote in a complaint. I've been very civil the entire time. The manager reached out to me and offered a gift card, and I have since been ghosted. Nobody at the store, any Paris Baguette emails or social media will contact me.

This is so unprofessional, and gives the impression that you do not want my business. I do not care about the card, I care about offering it and then ghosting me. I brought so much business to Paris Baguette between myself and all the family and friends I introduced to it, but this is where it ends. It's very clear that this company does not want to fix their issues, nor do they want my money.

259 Hancock St Quincy Ma 02169 very very unacceptable!!

The blonde girl at register claims to be a manger and has been working there for a year. She walked over to me me told me to make my own coffee which is unacceptable. Corporate needs to look at the cameras and see her do that; because I’m a customer, I shouldn’t be making my own coffee. She should know how to do her job and make it. She’s very unprofessional, unethical, and corporate needs to hire people then train them on how to make the coffees. There should be no reason that the three employees on today don’t know how to make an iced caramel macchiato; the fact that she brought over a hot coffee to me, and it then told me me to make it myself is ridiculous. Corporate needs to watch those cameras today.

I was at Quincy mass location at 259 Hancock Street Quincy ma when a woman at counter told a customer make her own Coffee the fact that she was there and the three employee's didn't know how make her coffee. I can't fathom that one said she was the manger needs to lose her Position as manger how she treated a regular customer was unnecessary I will be use the Cambridge ma location more now until your mangers treat customers better!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had regarding the migration process of my account and the subsequent handling by your customer service.
The entire process was poorly organized, lacking clear guidance and timely communication. Despite my efforts to follow the instructions provided, my points were not successfully transferred, and I received no meaningful support or resolution in the follow-up.

Very disappointed with this location. The staff didn’t know the menu, even denied items that were listed, and we waited way too long just for drinks. When the drinks finally came, they were made wrong twice. To make it worse, the server laughed when I pointed out the mistake. Completely unprofessional and not what I expect from Paris Baguette.

I CAME BACK FOR A 3RD TIME TODAY 6/6/25 TO THE MCLEAN LOCATION. I FIGURED I WOULD TRY AGAIN. ONCE AGAIN I'M PISSED OFF. THERE WAS NO WHIPPED CREAM AND WHEN I ASKED THE LADY SHE GAVE ME AN ADITUDE. I HAVE BEEN TO OTHER LOCATIONS AND NEVER EVER HAD THIS PROBLEM. I GOT A 1/4 OF WHIPPED CREAM BECAUSE YOU USED THE WRONG LID. PS I HAVE RECIPES WITH PICTURES. I'm kind of disappointed with this location. I went to the one in Brambleton VA and ordered the mocha frape. The one from Brambleton was awesome and the one from Tysons was horrible. I should have said something before I left, but I would have been late to work. I have to edit the post by saying that I went back to the store to talk to the manager. He said that the one in Ashburn is wrong. Either way to offer a refund would have been nice. I told him I wont be coming back to this location anymore.
