The ice cream was average and I was disappointed at the lack of sprinkles... But overall, it satisfied the craving. The lady behind the counter was nice and the store itself is really cute. Doesn't seem to be the place to go for a basic ice cream (like I had). They have lots of tasty options and be really creative.

I order from uber eats and my order was totally wrong. Asked for vanilla, got cookies and cream. Triple chocolate cookie dough, got the sprinkle one. Extra topping of cookie crunch, got chocolate chips. I get it if they made a mistake on 1 thing but 3? They didn't even try to get in contact with me via Uber chat and store phone number goes straight to voicemail.

Me and my partner didn't feel very welcomed into the store when we first walked in. The place is pretty cute but I was upset when I asked the lady at the register if I can have a fork or a spoon and she threw it on a far counter where I wasn't standing by instead of handing it to me in my hands. It's the same as someone throwing cash at the cashier's table instead of having the decency to place it in the hands like a normal person. The chocolate lava cake was dry the ice cream was okay. We will be looking for better place with better customer service.

Amazing Acai bowls and very customizable. Nice array of treats as well. The very nice lady behind the counter made sure everything came out tasty.

Ice cream wasn't bad, but not worth spending half an hour looking for parking
Tho the only reason I went there was because of feedback from people telling me "all the different choices you can get"
They have nothing but basic ice cream (which I can go to far better places)
All the things they display on their screen they don't make, the waffle I ordered was raw and disgusting I asked them to put in a topping inside the mixture they said they don't do that (this is all while on the screen they show that they do it),the only thing they offer more than a typical ice cream shop is gummy bear toppings🤣

The first thing I love about this store is its prime location right in the middle of Flatbush. Upon entering, I noticed the impeccably clean tables and the amazing ambiance. The ice cream was absolutely delicious; pictured is the coffee-flavored ice cream in a cup with coconut toppings, my usual choice. The service was outstanding—helpful and friendly. My friends and I had a great time!
