Great local breakfast spot. Second time being to
Mickeys but wasn’t doing reviews years ago when I went the first time. Clean, very reasonably priced, local restaurant in Fort Pierce. Can’t remember our servers name but she was absolutely wonderful. So kind, friendly and caring. Food was great. Had the French toast, side of hash browns and side of sausage. Extra parking in rear of building. Will be back again. Thanks for making breakfast enjoyable.

What a great find! Such an old school feel. Great ladies working there, saw them acknowledge so many regulars coming in, knowing exactly what they order. Speaks volumes. The menu? SO much delicious perfectly cooked hot served food for the price! I was stuffed. Love it here! Just know it's cash tips only and very well deserved.

Well it was great the first time. Was going to become a regular. That was until my second visit. When we arrived we ask for the same server. Another group of 3 came in behide us and asked for the same server. To make a long story short that group was seated before because the server Sherry told them to. We where told it was because they are regulars. If a business is run that way they don't deserve my money. I take care of my servers because I have been one myself. My first trip was $31.50 and I tipped Sherry $20. So, I do think that she would have liked me as a regular. Her loss.

The food and service here was absolutely wonderful. Let’s talk about this authentic food!! Mom and pop breakfast, for outstanding prices. My family and I enjoyed everything we ordered, zero complaints. Corn beef hash reminded me of when my mom made breakfast!!! The biscuits were soft and butter. Food was brought to the table hot and fresh. The eggs taste as the chicken just hatched, never tasted anything fresher. Thank you, we will definitely be back every time we come back. Compliments to the chef, the granddaughter.

My mom had been here previously and loooved the food and service. (Sherry) We travel from South PSL to different restaurants that we find and love. Psl doesn't have the best selection. (We have traveled to Melbourne just for the food) We like to find a great place and stick with it. So, today we drive from Gatlin and 95, go inside, ask for Sherry. We are told it will be about 2 minutes due to someone about to leave. After that 3 older ladies walk in and ask for Sherry. They are told that there is a table in front of them waiting for her also, it would be a little bit before they could be seated. Then, 3 mins later, they sat the older ladies and we are told that they called ahead and that WE now have to wait longer for Sherry. 🤣 🤣 Since when does a small business like this take reservations? Very bad business!! We left. We won't be back!! I have been in the business for over 20 yrs. This was just absolutely unacceptable and horrible way to treat ANY customer!! She lost what would've been a GREAT tip. Her loss!! Hope yall have a blessed day!!

Always great service and food and even better prices. They were open on the day after the hurricane packed with people that didn’t have power and they were just wonderful! I’ve been going there more than 20 years and never a disappointment.

Excellent diner - would highly recommend if you’re looking for a classic breakfast from a hometown spot with caring people that give you attentive service and delicious food.

(For fellow foodies: This review is coming from my husband and I that just got back from a Scandinavian vacation for 2 weeks eating all kinds of high end quality food, including Michelin restaurants and travel frequently).

Both of us are originally born and raised here in Fort Pierce and live here now full-time and just have overlooked this as a breakfast spot somehow. Are two go to spots were closed today so I mentioned to come here knowing some family/friends like it.

I had the Rick’s special - 2 eggs cooked perfectly (not greasy like some diners can be), nice serving of home fries, 4 slices of bacon (perfectly cooked and actually still hot when the plate came out), a side of 3 pancakes.

My husband had an omelette and biscuit with a side cup of gravy. I have to say for gravy it was some of the best I’ve had in a long time.

We both got a cup of coffee and it was perfectly strong. I drank it black because it was good but they do have half and half.

The restaurant felt clean, bathrooms were clean, the service was great from the younger gentlemen at the cashier/hostess stand to our server.

We didn’t take photos of our food today but if you’re looking for a quality hometown local diner spot for a yummy breakfast, I think you should stop in. 😊

Please bring cash with you. You can only tip in cash. Also, note they charge 3.5% on credit cards (to cover transaction fees) which is minimal and not an issue in my mind at all for the convenience.

With all that being said, prices were very reasonable and they even have a sign talking about how they have absorbed the egg price increase so their customers don’t have to.

It’s going to be in our regular rotation from now on. Thank you Mickey’s and staff!!!!!

Small place, no waiting area.. get very busy. Prices are average for breakfast. Pancakes was awesome, sweet tea on point.. took a while for food and no service when food was dropped. Had to get up and find someone for a drink refill.. but it has a really awesome menu
