There was a young hispanic male (kinda big) kid working here and when I asked him to sign me up for the 40$ monthly plan he refused and said the system does not allow him. Then I asked for promotion on phones and he said he doesn't know anything, unless you wanna pay full price and buy their most expensive line and phone with zero promotion this kid helps. This is hilarious customer service that only commission making deals are allowed. hope the owner sees this review because that made me go to different cellular company

Assad helped me transfer from Verizon to Metro. I had previously gone to this location to ask how I could transfer and Assad was the same person that told me what my steps were. I did what needed to be done on my end and today, I finally stopped in. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Oh, and he speaks Spanish for those needing assistance in Spanish.Thank you, Assad!

Finely i found a good metro with great serv. Ive had alot of trouble with the one in mtz an just on the same day i had a I had a terrible time with the monument. Metro store

the two girls that work their I have always been thoroughly mean with me. Only went there cause it is where I live, so I went there, but they're trying to double charge me and this gentleman here this metro store was absolutely fantastic. It was refreashing to see someone that knows how to act and to treat people with respect. Having been in the same kind of busins long ago its almost hard to find a young person with good upbringing abd just bright. So if you use metro yourself save yourself some greef and go here, because there are an honest store. And the other ones in this area are not. This phone im typing on i was told by those girls at the monument metro that it was broken and it was not just had something on that needed to be tutnd off. I ended up spending a lot of money for no reason and i had insureance but never got my new phone like they told me. I will go here for now on good job. The poor kid that was trying to help me at monunent would do good here he was not trying anything and was doing fine until the mng. Girl butted in emberrasing him . May be this store will pick him up those girls usly are alone. So his time is limeted im sure. I could tell by the way the were treating him. Anyway great job at 7ish by the young man at this metro store so glad i fond a good one

Just went in to clean my freebie from T-Mobile Tuesday yesterday and met rep who went by "g". My visit was very short but a great customer extension of kindness was in the air, so yay! Been a long time to know supporter and once again they don't disappoint! Thank you TMO.

I bout a $15 headset with mic and it broke within a week. It is a Saturday 3-11-17 today and no one is answering the phone. I want a refund. Walmart headphone a so much better.
