I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!!! We have been to SEVERAL different offices prior to this office. No others have been able to get my spouse numb enough. He would always just push through the pain. We called to get an appointment and was able to be seen the same day. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with polite, compassionate, professional front office staff. Once we were called to the back James took great care getting everything prepared for the doctor. Dr. McNutt has the BEST bedside manner and is so down to earth. He explained everything in detail. He prescribed a medication to take before the procedure that was a tremendous help! Hands down the best experience and best place to go to for the dreadful dental work that everyone hates. If I could use him for all my dental needs I would!

Root canal, I had a root canal done in the middle of my root canal Mcnutt stopped and took a emergency patient and left me in the chair for twenty minutes when he could have just finished me in ten minutes, he did a horrible job on my root canal and I had to have it fixed for a $1100, what I'm seeing these days is everyone is rushing to make more money now it cost me $2400 for a root canal that was not only a lot of pain plus the money, I went in his office on his holiday to see what he could do to fix it he grinds my tooth which did nothing, so I do not recommend this company, if I screwed up something I would refund their money.

Came to this office for a root canal.

If you're like me and suffer from anxiety and a horrible phobia, this is definitely the place for people like us. Dr. McNutt and his staff are all around professional, compassionate, and definitely understanding. He took the time to listen to my needs, offered solutions to help me get passed my anxiety, and also made me feel welcome as well as answering any and all my questions. I give this office 5/5 on cleanliness, 5/5 on professionalism, 5/5 on their customer care, and 5/5 on the job well done. I thank each and every staff member that I spoke to at this office for being beyond my expectations. If you're like me, and your scared of the process, you will not go wrong by visiting this doctor.

I have been afraid of needles and pain. Let alone in my mouth and gum areas .Had a root canal and Dr.Mcnutt was tremendously great at his profession!!!! Did not feel a thing !!!!!!! If I could rate the whole staff as one, it would be higher than 5!! Thank you all for what you do. Blessings !!

I went in with reservations about having a root canal from word of mouth about side effects. That fear was easily vanished! Dr. McNutt and his staff are all amazing. From ladies in the front to James and Jessica his Assistants whom made my visit very painless and put me at ease. I am overly satisfied with the overall experience. I would recommend him to my family and friends!

wouldn't even waste your time. I called in just to see if they were in network for my insurance the first time they answered the staff was just laughing and chatting the lady who picked up was very rude and all she said was Hello after about 45 seconds of me listening to the laughing and chatting when i tried to reply and ask if it was the dental office she hung up... when i called back thinking maybe it was an accident NO same rude young lady answered with the same demenier... its going to be a no for me when you cant even be professional and kind over the phone.

Dr. McNutt was wonderful during my root canal procedure. The only thing I felt was a Q-tip touching my gums. All the fears I had were put to sleep during my initial consultation. Would definitely recommend for all your dental needs.

I have never had a root canal and when I had an issue in a tooth with a crown I was worried that the crown would be destroyed and I have heard horrifying stories of how painful root canals can be. I felt so comfortable with the staff and procedure. Dr. Steven McNutt explained every step as he did the procedure and I never felt any pain and my crown was kept in tact. I would recommend Dr. McNutt and his staff to anyone. If you have a fear of dental procedures fear not in this office. The office design is well done and very comforting as well.
