I placed the order yesterday and pick a window is today 3:30-3:45p.m. your store closed when I was there 3:20 and waited until 3:40pm. I drove 20 minutes from my home to your store but got nothing. My kid was so disappointed. How could that happen

Delicious, delectable and flavourful chocolate. It's pricey so if you don't enjoy chocolate as much as someone like me you might not like the bill. Overall great handmade chocolate for a special occasion or whenever you want to feel spoiled.

Update-I had issue with my order and they responded quickly with a resolution. The new order was perfect and made all efforts to correct the issue. 5 stars for the product and customer service.

Ordered chocolate dipped strawberries, all strawberries were soft and mushy. Total waste of money.

My husband spent $81.00 in Valentines vegan chocolates . The worst chocolates I ever had. I threw up and it upset my stomach. Couldn’t eat for 2 days with my stomach gurgling. I have never had such bad chocolates. Hopefully he’ll learn the lesson of never getting me chocolates from this place.

Ordered two boxes of truffles, only got one. When I emailed, another was sent but not what I ordered! When I emailed yet again, they basically said the truffles changed and it was my own fault! Also, had peanut butter and my child is allergic! Very poor custermer service for the price you pay! Not worth the aggravation!

Inside it's simple. Clean displays of chocolate gift trays, baskets and boxes. Chocolate covered cookies, nuts or fresh fruit, It's all about the presentation and taste. Kron Chocolatier nails it. Repent business is evident, myself included. Wish they were more personable. But, interactions with Kron Chocolatier staff, has been observed to be just that, business. Their about the bottom line, sales not side conversations. The exception, and there are exceptions, one needs to be present to observe it. Don't take it personal, not everyone needs or desires a personable interchange. For my top clients, coworkers, family and close friends, I come here. Parking is hectic, no worries. Pay in advance, as long as store not busy, they will come out to your car to delivery your order.
