We recently hosted our child’s birthday party at Kelly's Creamery, and it was an absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! The Halloween-themed miniature golf course was incredible — every hole was decked out with spooky, creative decorations that struck the perfect balance between spooky and fun.

The food was another highlight — fresh, delicious, and kid-approved! From the (very affordable) kids meals to the birthday cake, everything was beautifully presented and tasted fantastic.

A huge shoutout to the owner, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were warm, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making the party special.

Our guests are still talking about how fun and unique the party was. If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind venue that combines seasonal charm, great service, and unforgettable memories — this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

Delicious ice cream and food truck!! Dairy free ice cream and gluten free food options too! Low prices. There’s always a delicious lemonade option at the food truck too. So many ice cream flavor options, never found one I didn’t love. Mini golf too! Great atmosphere!

Was craving some ice cream on our vacation and came across Kelly's. I'm lactose intolerant and was thrilled there were dairy free options available.

My husband tried the banana oreo and loved it. I had a creamy vegan vanilla.

The portions are VERY large. They don't skimp of ice cream here and pack the cone to bursting.

Staff was friendly and the price was very affordable for the quality!

Love these guys. The food truck serves delicious food that surprises you with its creativity. The outdoor seating area is beautiful and fun for people with children. You can even play at their new mini golf course(which is well above par for many mini golf courses I've seen). And after all that you can stop in the Creamery for dessert. They've got dozens of specialty ice creams, Italian ice, and specialty sundaes. All located right on the main strip in Dover Plains. A must visit!

They were open on July 4 and it was delicious and a great deal! We paid $30 for 2 burgers, fries, a hot dog, and drinks. So yummy! A cute and relaxing place to eat under the pavilion too.
