Beautiful AND tasty. It's a rare treat to have both! I've ordered from here plenty of times for family and friends, but more recently for a product photography shoot. I needed cupcakes and Kayx was the first bakery I turned to and they did not disappoint. Each cupcake was a work of art as well as so delicious. I knew I would get to eat these after the shoot was done so I ordered from Kayx, not just some other bakery who made nice cupcakes...

I'm editing my previous review. This place will steal from you. They double charged my card when I made my first order back in May. They have now tried to charge my card $1500 twice now, once in June and once in July. I did not make these orders or purchases. They will use your credit card information without permission just to see if they can get away with it. I do not recommend shopping at this business to anyone, unless you're paying with cash, and even then, I will not be returning on principal. Pick up your phone when someone calls. This is no way to run a business!

The best customer service - above and beyond! Sent package via private messenger service and offered to overnight a second one. Definitely going to order from here again.

DO NOT ORDER. Maybe they have good stuff in the bakery itself but they have horrible non existent online service.
We paid for an order to be delivered. They charged very fast, but no delivery. They never reached out to me about the order not being delivered, when I called to see what happened you get an automated answer to email them. Emailed, no response or reason why it wasn't delivered either. Now disputing the charge.

Received a gift box from them about 5 years ago and ever since they are my go to place for simcha cakes and miniature. Besides for looking gorgeous they taste delicious. My favorites are their cupcakes....chocolate genach and strawberry shortcake....YUM!

Discovered them at a kiddush in the country. I had napoleon, lemon meringue and a cake with chocolate hazelnut cream. Each cake was made in a new very interesting way and the taste was amazing. I can't wait to order from them.

For the amount I spent on my order, I expected better customer service...and better everything in general.
I was very unhappy with my $135 purchase on thier chocolates...it didn't come as I requested. They didn't care.and don't plan on ordering from them again.
