Jasmine is THEE BEST! My engagement ring got repaired almost a year ago and has been sitting in Kay's. Jasmine contacted my husband and told him what was about to happen to my ring if we didn't pick it up ASAP. well, long story short, Jasmine went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us get this ring out! I went to another local jewelry store to ask advice and information about gold jewelry. The associate admitted she really didn't know. So I went to Kay Jewelers and had the good fortune to meet Steven. He dropped everything to help me and was incredibly knowledgable and generous with his time. I would like to share my wonderful experience that I had at the Kay Jewelers located at the 1250 Baltimore Pike, Springfield, Pa.

My experience started with a telephone call to Kay Jewelers where I had the pleasure of speaking with Store Manager, Steven T. I was very upset because I had an issue with my engagement ring and he immediately advised that he would assist me with my issue. Later that day, I went to the store and met with Steven. He was calm, professional, patient, understanding all while reassuring me that I had nothing to worry about. Steven explained that he would send my rings to get fixed, which he did. I cannot thank Steven enough for going above and beyond to help me. Words cannot express my gratitude.

I went to pick up my rings today and met with Jazmine. She was just as wonderful as Steven. She inspected my rings to make sure all was done to my satisfaction (which it was). She was extremely knowledgeable and patiently addressed all my concerns.

Steven and Jazmine provided superb customer service. A frustrating situation turned into a positive experience. If you want to an VIP experience, please visit the Kay Jewelers in the Springfield Mall in Pennsylvania and ask for Steven or Jazmine. Both are absolutely amazing. Kudos to the team at Kay Jewelers!!!

Dan assisted me in finding the perfect ring today. I was pretty frazzled in the fact that someone purchased the ring I intended to buy while I shopped around. I was convinced to order my ring and have it delivered despite wanting to leave with it in hand. I am happy with the fact he genuinely was interested in satisfying me and my choice by going the extra mile. Definitely love this store and staff.
