had a really good time watching my order be rolled right in front of me. tried the avocado and the nesquik flavors (separately of course) and was pleasantly surprised by how much i enjoyed them. staff was just as cool as the ice cream

The ice cream was good. Portion was a little on the smaller side. Service was ok. The thing where the ice cream was rolled on could have been a tad bit cleaner.

After circling Waikīkī to find parking and walking from the International Market Place, we arrived to find another customer already waiting over 20 minutes at what was essentially an empty shack—no staff in sight. At 9:21 pm, an employee finally walked up, headphones in, and said simply, “we’re closed.”

There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort at basic customer service. When asked for clarification about closing time, she repeated, “we’re closed now,” dismissively. As we walked away, after giving respectful feedback, she shockingly accused us of being racist.

This behavior is not only unprofessional, but incredibly damaging to a business located in the heart of Waikīkī, where hospitality and respect should be the standard. Treating paying customers this way is embarrassing to the brand and completely unacceptable.

I had seen this on IG and then one night we just happened to find ourselves across the street from the truck, while trying to hunt down something for dessert!
The experience of watching them create your ice cream is definitely fun. I wasn't blown away by the flavor but appreciated the simplicity of real ingredients. I'm definitely glad to have had the opportunity to try.
I'm laughing cause I see I forgot to take pic of the actual ice cream!! Whoops! 🤷‍♀️

Great idea! Inspired by the idea from Thailand. It is the first time I am seeing this kind of ice cream serving...
Impressive to see the ice cream rolls are hand made in front of your eyes in few min.
Little corner with food trucks just off the Waikiki beach. I tried the strawberry flavour.
Highly recommended
This truck has been in business for the last 5 years, I am very glad I tried out visiting this place.... it deserves highest score and many likes... well done 👏
