For the last 8 years we have been loyal customers of Helen's Nursery. Purchasing $300 to $400 of plants on average annually. Last week we purchased several begonia plants as we usually do but 2 of them are not doing well. I went to Helen's and spoke with Helen the owner herself if we could swap these 2 begonia plants and her response was; I Do Not Warranty plants. She stated to me if I want to replace them I would have to repurchase. Okay, well you lost a loyal customer because we will NOT be going back. Thanks for showing your unkindness and Non understanding.

Worst experience of my life.
Here are some reasons
1.a lady (gray hair, wears overalls,skinny and white and in her mid 70’s) for apple picking was being very rude to us she kept on repeating to us to not eat the apples like we would steal the apples or eat a whole 5 pounds of apples.
2.the same lady kept on lecturing my daughter about how she should get a hook and everything on college (my daughter is in 6th grd!) and kept on giving a whole snoozefest speech and lecture abt what her daughter did and what my daughter should do. My daughter was disturbed and didnt like it that she was telling her what she needs to do and why she needs to give her a whole lecture.
3. She kept on following us and when we checked out a young lady checked and once we finished getting checked out the same old lady kept on saying that we needs to be checked out again and when i said politely “if ur rlly worrid abt the apples then take it and give my monay back” and she said “no,theres no refunds and then somethings else “ and then she kept on going and going and going untill one worker understood us thank fully and then we finnally got to leave. Worst 75 dollars ive spent with my money.

A great place to come. The farm stand always has fresh produce with a large variety , great for people who like farm to table. For fall activities pumpkin and apple picking are available. They do what farmers do …grow produce. It’s nice to go to a place and not feel like you at the farm version of Disney . The staff are awesome and always helpful. Highly recommend coming here. Support the local farmers.

Zero stars. Visited this place and one lady that either works here or own the place is just rude. (Tall/skinny wearing overalls) They have turkeys and hens in cages and my young child and I were looking at them and were told we had to stay far from the cages. She said we had to stay on the pebble path which was a few feet away. Eventhough it wasnt written anywhere, we followed her instructions. A few min later, my child wanted to see other animals and made sure she stayed on the pebble path as asked and the same lady came at us again saying "You have to be where I can see you". I dont even know what that was sup to mean because we were not hidden. We were clearly in the open. She was rude and the way she spoke to us was uncalled for. I refuse to support a business who does not know how to speak to their customers esp when children are involved. Take your business elsewhere!

Awesome farmstand with a great variety of local produce and vegetables, flowers, pies and seasonal decor. Small but well-kept apple orchard, a corn maze, beautiful sunflowers and a large pumpkin patch.

We came here every Fall for 10 years this will be our last. Each year the cost goes up for less things. This year they fenced off the picnic tables with the bounce house and play ground so if you bought food from them you wouldn’t be able to sit and eat it unless you paid $15 each person. So grandparents that aren’t able to walk can’t even sit to eat. Terrible system so disappointing.
