Very Unprofessional staff/team,I couldn't recommend no one there,After the lies, Runarounds experience with my father,Not taking my father back to the facility at all,Dr McMahon u have to do a little better with your self staff with caring bout your patient in as well as your staff Last time my father visit was in June,Every since then,It's not a good look ,Uhas a very very unprofessional team there,I have called numerous of times to speak to u ,Your manager,Well as the nurse practitioner,It's been very very disappointing,With your staff /team ,I started calling since June/Well before Bridget let as well as before Patty went on vacation/Well as Kristy on maternity lead,I never thought as my father been a patient here.this office a_4 long as he has been Visiting the facility it's been very unprofessional,I shouldn't have to call this many times ,To see bout his medicine,All I been getting is ..I'm getting the doctor to call ,I'm getting a manager to call,I'm check with the doctor,Let me get someone to call u backIm get the nurse practitioner,Then Once your staff see me calling, they keep picking it up hanging up,Then soons ,I call back some/thing wrong with the phone,No not this many times,Dr McMahon at this point After what me/My father experienced from this office,Is nothing but a horrible mess here,U as a doctor need to get your staff together/team together,I don't understand how your team getting paid just to sit around lies giving me the run around for my father ,Not cooperative atall,Also Liz ,Even though Liz work in the pharmacy..Liz is a big liar unprofessional been giving me the run around period ok,Liz never sent or attempt to send medicine out,Then going tell the manager,I refuse the medicine,Which that was a lie,Also , Dr McMahon,The manager u havevworking there ok,She very horrible uncoperative,Once I call your suppose to be manager,Going ask me,What's up Keisha,Who the hell u talking to asking me what's up ,Yell what's up,Cause u lied last week told me k is z was going call me back ,In Liz never did,Yes,I called rite back to see,Why Liz didn't call me back bout my father medicine,It's been going on since,June before Bridget left,I wouldn't recommend nobody here at all,Yes My father will not he returning there at all,I will take him to where he is cared for as a patient ,His where abouts,Instead of a facility that don't care in sitting around waiting for a check
