We had a great experience. Great meats and cheese. They even scrambled together a meat and cheese tray earlier this month for me for work. This trip we got a great selection of cheese and meat sticks and the lady remembered me from the trays a few weeks ago. Great customer service. Life long customer i will be. Thank you

Nice clean little meat market. Tried several items from the cases here, the winners were their bacon, and their weiners - in our opinion, some of the best meat market weiners we've had - would make the drive back just for those!

All the items I tried were pretty good. I was surprised to see they have an exotic meat section that includes a few different alligator products. Next time I'm in the area I'll be going home with some alligator legs.

Disappointed! After hearing from friends about how great your meat sticks and other foods are we stopped and bought a variety from your store. While the flavor is good, there is too much salt in some of the sticks and all of them were over dry like they had been left in the smoker too long!
The polish sausages were the same way! Dry and hard. Polish sausage isn't supposed to be dry nor hard and even heating it up didn't help!

This place has the best tasting meat sticks and flavored beef jerky! There's a flavored smokiness that is amazing! We actually saw a sign on the highway, and decided to give it a try....WE WEREN'T DISAPPOINTED! George's will be an automatic stop whenever we are near Nicollet!

I love summer sausage and I've tried a lot of it around my home state of Minnesota. George's is the absolute best, hands down, bar none, no doubt about it. The meat is moist, flavorful, nicely spiced, not too salty and ground to just the right degree of coarseness. If you are traveling or live anywhere near Nicollet, and you've never tried George's summer sausage, what in the world are you waiting for? Slice off a couple chunks and wash them down with a Schell's to express your inner German. You'll think you died and went to Valhalla.
