No cumplen con el día de entrega ya tiene un mes mi carro y todavía no me lo entregan ya me an dado 5 día que me lo entregaban y no lo hacen exactamente ayer 7 de dic le lo entregaban y hable que hasta nueva fecha para el viernes 10 de dic pero ya mandaron ala compañía de aseguranza que el carro ya está listo cuando el carro todavía no.

I was rear ended a week ago🤨😩. I took my car somewhere else for an estimate, but was referred to G & C by my insurance company. When I tell you from the initial call, to entering the waiting area and being greeted by the cute girl at the desk…THIS WILL BE THE ONLY PLACE I’D TAKE MY CAR FOR ANY AUTO BODY REPAIRS!!!! It’s so homey and the gentlemen are so nice. I should have wrote down their names, but the guy who did my estimate was so polite and was keeping me in the loop with what he was doing. There was another guy talking to me and educating me on how the whole repair process works. Again, EVERYONE was awesome!!! 100 STARS! 🌟 😊 Oh and did I say they are very reasonable when it comes down to the repair prices.

This review is pre-repair. I’ll come back in a couple of weeks after the repair along with photos.

POST-REPAIR: So, it didn’t even take a couple of weeks! Yes, it LOOKS to be completely minor, but there were other issues beneath the outer damage.
The whole process took 5 day!!! AND that includes the ordering of the OEM parts.

Disappointed with the Quality and Service – Broken Promises

I took my car to G&C Pittsburg after it was hit while parked overnight, expecting quality work based on past experience. Unfortunately, this time was completely different.

After paying a $1,000 deductible, I picked up my car only to immediately notice serious misalignment between the hood, fender, and bumper. The gaps were visibly off, something any reputable shop should have caught. When I pointed it out, the general manager himself admitted it might be due to bent brackets inside the fender and assured me they would order the necessary parts and fix it within two days.

Well, two weeks have passed, and I haven’t received a single call from them. No updates, no follow-through—just empty promises. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with expensive repairs.

I trusted this shop based on previous experience, but after this, I can’t recommend them. If you're considering bringing your car here, double-check their work before leaving because once you do, good luck getting them to fix their mistakes.

C & G auto body shop did an amazing job on my Nissan pickup truck repair. Their attention to detail was on point and did a little extra that I really appreciated. My contact person Mr Lester Ramos was very professional and assured me that the work would be completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this repair shop to anyone.

G and C auto body was great in every aspect I thought my car would be in the body shop for at least a week but you guys had it done within at least 5 hours I was incredibly impressed by how fast and efficient everything went. Justin was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, he explained everything prior to me even dropping my car off. Which really put my mind at ease. The communication was excellent I was kept up to date on everything that was happening. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The whole experience with G and C auto body was a 10 if not higher. Everything was very smooth convenient. Being without your car can be so stressful but you guys made it so much more easier. Thank you! All work is appreciated!

Their mechanic Justin worked wonders putting the whole front of my car back together in record time. He was also very communicative to me about the process as we went along.
