It was AMAZING!!! 😻 I would totally recommend this cafe!! ☕️ If you love chocolate 🍫 you have to come here! The chocolate 🍫 creature was so good!! 😊 The pecan pie was amazing!! 🤩 The crunchy coffee ☕️ muffin was good, and the turtle chocolate 🐢 and the lemonade was good !!!

We had a great experience ordering allergy-friendly cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. Fera'wyn's offers a nice selection of non-dairy and vegan flavors to choose from, and the online form even has a space to explain any special allergy needs. The staff were very responsive and happy to answer questions about my order. And of course, the cupcakes were fantastic! We'll absolutely be coming back.

Ordered a dairy free, gluten free chocolate cake. The bakers here were incredibly helpful in accommodating a last minute order (which they can't always do so please make sure to order at least 5 days ahead of time). Wife also has soy allergies and they were very helpful in making sure that what I ordered fit her food allergies. Now the cake...it was chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream and filled with chocolate buttercreaam between the layers. You absolutely get what you pay for. Beautiful decorations and also hands down one of the best cakes I have eaten, even versus dairy-filled gluteny cakes. Highly recommend them!!

Ferawyns has an outstanding selection of gluten-free pastries, baked goods, and chocolates—truly some of the best I’ve found. Every item I’ve tried is a winner, and the quality is consistently top-notch.

That said, it’s hard to overlook the atmosphere created by the owner. I’ve been a loyal customer for some time now, and unfortunately, I’ve witnessed repeated moments where the staff are spoken to harshly and with open condescension, even in front of customers. The kitchen may not be soundproof, but you wouldn’t know it based on how freely negative comments are made—about both staff and patrons.

In one instance, I asked if a particular item was still available because I loved it and hoped to bring some home for my family. The staff member kindly checked, only to be met with a biting, “Of course they are asking that,” from the kitchen. The attitude was unmistakable—and unprovoked, only to be topped off with her coming out of the kitchen to glare at me and then go back.

It saddens me to see how the warmth of the front-of-house staff has shifted over time. Once cheerful and engaging, they now seem anxious and on edge. I can’t help but think how much stronger this business could be if the internal environment matched the joy and care poured into the food.

I want to keep supporting Ferawyns because the products truly shine. But I’d feel far better doing so if I knew the people behind the counter were being treated with the same respect and dignity their work deserves—and that Joana viewed customers as supporters rather than wallets that shouldn't speak.

Cute chocolate coffee house located in Holly Springs. Mocha latte has 3 chocolate choices, Blonde, milk, and dark. Interior design in very cute and artsy. They sell various forms of local artists products including arts to birthday cards. they have enough tables and easy access to outlets for remote workers also. Highly recommended!

I have Celiac and hadn't had an eclair in more than 10 years until I discovered Fera'wyns. The eclairs make you forget that you can't eat gluten, they taste like the regular ones. Even my non-gluten sensitive guests loved them and couldn't believe they were GF. It's a good thing that I live 30 minutes away or I would get one every day 🙂 They do sell out, so i have learned to call and check before driving there. I ordered eclairs, pecan pie and some amazing rustic bread for our Christmas dinner and it was all delicious. I am a customer for life!

I was researching Gluten Free bakeries while in Holly Springs and I hit the jackpot! What a gem of a place. A very cute bakery that is all gluten free. Friendly, happy associates. My first time there and I loved my Red Velvet cupcake which was soooo moist and extremely delicious! I really wanted another one after having that cupcake, it was that good! I’m looking forward to having my GF Cinnamon roll. I’ll definetely come visit again as I am from Cary and the drive there is super easy! I posted my Cinnamon roll, I literally gobbled up my RV cupcake so it was too late for a picture. Next time!

My whole family has allergies and I love that this is a safe place for celiacs and for those with allergies! We love the cinnamon roll and love they have a vegan option for the egg allergies! I love that everything is gluten free! So many options to choose from- from baked goods to chocolates!
