super convenient quick stop! delicious tacos. I got two tacos al pastor with corn flour. the little salsa bar was a pleasant surprise too.

Short version: Get the torta de birria and a Mexican Coke and thank me later.

Long version: popular taco truck outside the Family Dollar. Friendly service and fast. Tacos, Burros, a quesadilla, and the torta. The torta de birria is a large fresh grilled roll with cheese grilled onto the inside, filled with slow cooked beef. A massive amount of it. On the side is a bowl of the stewing liquid. It’s finished with a sprinkle of onions and cilantro. One of the best tortas I have ever eaten.

There is a large self serve condiment bar with onions, cucumber slices, limes, pico de gallo, and salsas.

There are three small tables outside with some shade. But it’s mostly a takeout place.

I will happily eat here again.

Highly recommend this food service for your next party! They did all the prep and cooking which means more time for you to mingle. The habanero salsa was really good if you like the hot stuff. Everyone enjoyed the food options. Great job to the El Bebos Team!

One of the best birria tacos I've had. I was a bit skeptical of the price (2 for $12) but it absolutely wowed me, definitely worth it. The Sonoran dog was pretty good too. The bacon wrapped pepper was the perfect complement.

Dinner was so good that I ordered more for tomorrow’s lunch. Crazy delicious, the guy who works the food truck is great, and the value is incredible. I feel so lucky to have seen this spot and been nearby; do not pass this place by. Come grab a taco or hot dog.

Great food, friendly people. I had the tacos al pastor. Great flavor moist tender meat. The variety of salsa available and a Serrano chillie to top it off. Plenty of Mexican sodas, Coca-Cola and jarritos.

Great location in Marana and appreciate the extended hours. Food is good just would like a bit more repollo in my tacos when I order carne asada and chicken tacos. Good prices for the generous amount of food you get. I will be going back to continue trying the items available on the menu.

Great food, good prices. Everything is delicious. My only concern is putting ketchup on the Sonoran Dog. I'm in no position to tell you how to run your business. But ketchup doesn't go on hot dogs, especially Sonoran or Chicago dogs. Stop that! Lol. But everything here is delicious and the guys are awesome.
