I went to Dr. Ford after several positive recommendations from friends who had also went to him for various issues. I went to him to help repair/fix a badly deviated septum after breaking my nose. I ended up needing surgery which Dr. Ford performed. The overall experience and result were fantastic from Dr. office visits to the actual surgery. He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly always taking the time to answer my questions. I would recommend Dr. Ford to both family and friends with no hesitation!

HORRIBLE doctor. I have not ever had such a bad experience in my life with a doctor. I have had sinus issues for over a year and he has yet to help me with it. I get dismissed at every single appointment and he makes me feel very un heard. I genuinely feel he only is “accepting new patients” to waste their time and make money of them or their insurances.spends less than five minutes during each appointment. Even 5 mins is lucky and that’s all rushed. Mind you this is my FIRST review on here. I wanted to save everyone from coming here. The only good thing about this place is the staff!

I had two nose & throat surgeries,
One in 2012, and other
one in 2021,
I was obviously charged.
But
not only he left me with my pain, But also did not fix my throat vocal Cores,
I continue to have a discomfort,
Until I had the same surgery done again by a great doctor in San Ramon.
Thanks to her I can speak perfectly now.
But doctor Ford
He hurt me twice very bad and it took me about a month to healed my throat, every time, my voice continue to be as bad as before I went in to his office since I wasn't informed I was beginning to think that my throat vocal Cores weren't going to have cute, until I met Doctor Judy in San Ramon
CA.
I think doctor's should take some pride and be ethical learn to I can't help, but I can refer you to right professional, instead of hurting, almost killing

I NEVER write reviews, usually I let things go and find other doctors. I’m just not a complaining type of person so for me to be writing this, my experience was pretty bad. Dr. Ford rushed me out of there like he didn’t even care. I’m only 18 years old, I’ve been so scared dealing with vertigo for the first time in my life. I tried to explain everything that I was going through so we could get a correct solution to this problem but he would cut me off with attitude saying “that’s not what I asked you” and just kept rushing me to give him “yes” or “no” answers. It was super disrespectful and care-less. I would never go back to him and I would never recommend any one to him. I was still trying to ask him questions as he was rushing me out the door of his office to check out. After I got feedback on the situation from others, they all agreed it was so unprofessional of him. I mean if you want a careless doctor, go to him. In all of my years I’ve never felt so unheard and uncared for by a doctor. I wish he could understand how hurt he made a young girl feel, I was so scared after that appointment feeling like my vertigo would never go away

Dr. Ford is a genius! He has now performed surgical procedures on my toddler daughter, myself, and my mother (all different procedures) and we’ve all had very successful operations with tremendous outcomes! He is very compassionate and accurate. I would not want to see any other doctor my for my ENT needs!

I had the worst experience with dr. Ford, he is careless, nothing professional about him , he did not address the problem that I went to him for.Instead he lectured me about vaccinations, and how the government should made it mandatory for every one to get vaccinated, and how unvaccinated people should not be admitted to hospital. The hole time he was very angry.
I was speechless, never seen a doctor so angry and screaming at the patient.
I am very disappointed, we go to doctor because we have health problems, and not to resolve political problems.

I am very pleased with the services received from Dr Ford. He is a very experienced doctor in his field. Very friendly and truly cares about his patients. I had a total sinus surgery and he also removed a polyup. Thank god it was not cancer. Any problem I have and need a ENT doctor he’s my guy .
