IMO Completely and utterly unprofessional. Had a referral sent to him and after 10 days nobody reached out to schedule an appointment with my husband. - I had to contact them and was told that the Dr. Evaluates who he will see. I sent over all the information requested and waited 2 days still heard nothing. Called again to schedule an appointment and was told "your paperwork is still on his desk" . Was also told that he does not take "people" from Arcadia because it is too far Whatever that means? Not like I am asking him to make a house call -- I am going to him! We have traveled 12 hours for a Best of the Best Doctor before so a 45 min ride is easy for us. This is Nuts I have never experienced this lack of professionalism in my life. The "superior" attitude of this Dr. slays me. I totally would not trust my life with this individual.
This is not a reflection on the staff as they were very professional I can not say the same for the conceited Dr.

Referal sent twice by primary physician, called office as I did not receive any attention. Was told that Dr. Bhatt had just got referal on his desk (after two weeks!) and I have to wait for his approval. I guess he does not need any additional patients since I never heard back from the practice - not very patient oriented!!!!
Cannot recommend.

I guess another pulmonologist will get my business!

Dr Bhatt is exceptional. He demands accountability from his colleagues at advent health. He has a great bed side manner and cared for my mother like his own family member. It's pts choice for a specialist at any hospital, so if you need a pulmonologist for you or your loved one, chose Dr Bipin Bhatt!

Dr. Bhatt cared for my sister who had multiple medical and surgical issues. As far as I am concerned he saved her life! Not only did he provide exemplary direct care, but he also orchestrated and looked after the care she received from the many different medical, surgical and nursing disciplines needed to treat the complexities of her condition.

Did a test and he wanted me to come in for a follow up. Told me the test was negative. 5 min conversation billed $200. Other offices would have left a free phone message. Shameful.

I've Been to this wonderful dr 3 x for my asthma flare ups, He's very caring, he listens, hes funny, great bedside manner, and he's very caring... Would definitely recommend also the staff is very friendly, Dr bhatt has helped me a lot and he quickly got my asthma under control...
