First time today with my wife and she ordered the pineapple ice cream cone and it was very delicious and myself I got a vanilla and chocolate ice cream cone and very delicious,the.place was very clean and the guy that took our order was very polite and the prices very affordable and yes I do recommend you guys to stop by and try there ice cream you wont regretted, you will come back for seconds guarantee. And they also have ice cream cakes and a lot of pictures of Elvis Presley all over the place.

My family of seven visited this establishment today and witnessed your evening manager handling a loud obnoxious and rude older couple absolutely berating the girls. She was kind and professional and kept herself well-mannered and spoken the entire time.

Visited on 11/1/21 and service was horrible! Went in at 8p.m and we placed our order. My daughter ordered and asked for chocolate ice cream. When we got our order, I noticed it was incorrect. Not a bid deal normally, but I asked my daughter didn't you ask for chocolate? And she replied yes (which I heard her order as well). As I'm asking her, the girl behind the counter tossed our spoon on the counter and walked away. I told the girl it was wrong, and she stated " there's no way to correct it, ill have to order and purchase a new one". The ice cream was only a few dollars, but it wasn't about the money. As we were walking out, we got a snotty "have a nice night" to top it off. We have a little drive to come here with plenty of other ice cream shops in between, but my daughter loves dairy belle so that's where we went. I guess alot of places are just hiring anyone at this point.

Absolutely love the ice cream here. They are always so kind and the ice cream is always so tasty. I tried the watermelon today and it was to die for! The pineapple is also very good if you haven't tried that one yet. The ice cream and dairy free is way better than DQ!

I wouldn’t even give a star if I didn’t have to. First things first I grew up on dairy belle in Hammond my whole life. I have since moved to Crown Point shortly after they opened one up here and I was extremely excited. That excitement quickly ended. I purchased a 13 pk of Ice cream bars and the first few were ok then I found one were a chunk was taken out the side and they still dipped it in chocolate! (Really) Then it gets even better my family and I were eating them and we noticed they were gritty like sand you couldn’t even eat them it was gross. I called the Crown Point one were I purchased them and they explained that happens if something isn’t mixed right or something and the would let the manager know and have him call me! So I have called for about a month and a half now and everyone tells me they will have him call me. Even a Beth told me she told him to call me and nothing!!!!! This is awful way to do customer service. I paid a good amount of money to get that and can’t get a manager on the phone at all. Just upsetting
