First time here in Tyler and we kept seeing things about crema! It was in a great location and easy to spot.

The drinks ran on the sweeter side, but easy to modify. Overall enjoyed the multitude of options they provided. There was ample seating with outlets. There was a good mix of people studying/chatting and just hanging out. It wasn't overtly nosiy so I can see this location be a great study spot!

I didn't want to give this place 1 star, because the coffee is definitely miles better than Starbucks.

The coffee is good if you don't mind waiting an extremely long time to get it. I can't recall ever seeing a coffee joint as poorly ran at this place. If you go through the drive-thru and there's more than one person in front of you, forget it. It's at least a 10-minute wait. If there are two or more in front of you, it's best to just drive down the road to Starbucks or PJ's.

Crema has lost my business many times, because I can tell at a glance of the drive-thru line how long my wait will be to get coffee. Whether or not I go inside or sit in my car the wait will be long, because there's only 1 espresso machine to service both the drive-thru and the inside.

It's quite apparent that the people running this place never expected to have to run it for efficiency, because if you take a moment to observe the people working behind that counter you'll see utter chaos when it's busy. It's sad, because this place does have potential.

This was my husband and I first time visiting and we had a great experience. We had the ham and cheddar melt, London cold foam with earl grey tea and an iced dolce. It was delicious 😋. The PLUS for me was that the customer service was amazing and they were very aware and attentive to my allergy needs (nut allergy). The place also has a very calm and relaxing vibe.

We will definitely be back!

Cutest little coffee shop tucked away in Tyler! Great atmosphere and plenty of room to catch up with friends or catch up on work. The Cream Cafe tasted amazing and was exactly what I needed to start my day!

This was my first time trying this coffee shop. It was so cute and they make a delicious cup of coffee. Unfortunately the customer service was atrocious. I got there around 0910, and put in my order around 0915. We got 2 drinks and a sausage bagel. My friends drink came out and mine never did. So I went up around 10 min later and said hey I'm still waiting on my drink and food. The cashier said someone must have taken my drink. We watched the entire time there was only one drink made. Then also she said I am the only one making food so once the line dies down I will make your food. Um, why are you cashiering and the only one who can make food? There was 4 people working. So I gave it another 10 min (she never once asked the line to wait just a moment while she put my sandwich in a microwave) and I walked back up. I got in line this time because I was livid. 25min on a cup of coffee and 45 min on a sandwich that was not going to be made. When I asked for a refund she agreed and then said "Oh I just didn't have time to make it."

I will never go back. Don't waste your time or money.

Coffee was amazing and a lot less than top chain coffee shops. They have a drive thru and when I arrived had about 4 cars in front of me. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Loved it!

They have the best coffee in town. I love that their menu is entirely gluten free, but it seems like whenever I go in they are out of a lot of things. I often come away feeling disappointed because of that.

I absolutely LOVE this place! My husband and I go pretty much every single day (not even exaggerating)! I have tried several drinks and food items and all of them have been absolutely amazing! If you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend it! Obviously the people who have complained haven’t spoken to the owners to make it right! Michaela and Eric are amazing owners and will do anything for their customers!
