I visited Concord Teacakes for the first time last week. I love that I was able to conveniently order online in advance. I ordered Italian Anise cookies, red velvet cupcakes, whoopie pies, bread loaves, bagels, muffins and a half moon cookie for a family gathering. Everyone enjoyed the treats and we loved how moist & fresh everything was! No dry cakes here! The Anise cookies are my favorite! So soft and tender with a well balanced flavor! The café au lait was hot & made exactly how I ordered it. It was the perfect afternoon treat! The shop is well organized with some really pretty touches. I was served quickly and with a smile. I can't wait to visit again and stock up on Anise cookies. I also want to try the chocolate croissants! I live in Leominster, it's totally worth the drive over to Concord!

I ordered a custom cake for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. I emailed a few of their wedding photos as inspiration, specifically the lace detail on my mom’s dress, her bridal bouquet and the piping on their wedding cake. I left the design up to the bakery team, and they truly exceeded my expectations! The cake was a work of art and everything tasted delicious. Concord Teacakes is now my go-to for all future custom cakes. Special shoutout to Lisa for making the ordering process super easy via email. Many thanks to the entire bakery team! I highly recommend ordering a custom cake from Concord Teacakes.

We ordered a cake from Concord Teacakes for my mom’s surprise 70th birthday party, and it was absolutely perfect! Not only was it beautifully decorated and matched the style of the event, but it was also incredibly delicious – everyone raved about it. The team was so kind and easy to work with throughout the process. We could not have been happier and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a cake that’s as tasty as it is stunning!

We ordered sandwiches and a birthday cake. Sandwiches were excellent, but the cake was just fantastic. The decoration really exceeded all our expectations!

Bought 3 chocolate croissants in the morning. They were cold like taken out of fridge and brought to room temp (a little soggy which makes me assume that). I wonder if they are leftovers from day earlier. Good ambience with view of occasional train passing by.

I ordered my Mom's 80th birthday cake on 04/08/25. I've ordered many cakes there before and knew we were getting the best dessert. It was a bit difficult getting them on the phone, no one answered, none of the telephone numbers either worked and /or they didn't return messages. Email addresses listed on their website did not work as well. But with persistence I finally got through to a person. The cake was magnificent! I ordered the chocolate ganache, raspberry filling w/spring flowers. The cake was gorgeous! So many bright spring colors and the guests loved the look. The cake was so fresh, professionally decorated and delicious. I would have given CTC's 5 stars if I hadn't had such a hard time contacting them. They need to update their websites with correct contact info. Thank you!

Concord teacakes located in the quaint neighborhood of West Concord serves wide variety of baked goods (cakes, cupcakes, pastries etc.) along with sandwiches and beverages. I have picked up cupcakes for kids soccer games and is generally enjoyed by kids. However their coffee is absolutely horrible. I got the drip coffee and my wife got a cappuccino. Both were undrinkable and we had to throw it out. The service is fairly quick and nice. Plus the indoor seating area is open and has an outdoor seating area as well. The shop is kept clean. I would visit often
