The scramble bowls were really tasty. I liked the Denver without potatoes and my wife had the same with potatoes. Both could have been a little hotter, but they were good. The beignets were delicious and steaming hot. They got a bit carried away with the powdered sugar (next time I will tell them to go a little easy on that) but I will be back for more.

This place has never disappointed. We have had their breakfast bowls, burgers, and kid's meals and it is always good. The only negative is that the portions tend to be smaller for the cost but it is still worth it as the flavor and quality is very high.

My favorite thing here are the burgers, as they are literally the best burgers in Northwest Florida, and reminded me much of the old Tucker Duke's back many years ago. I know when I bite into one, it is an incredible flavor experience. The ingredients are so fresh, and meat extremely high quality. It is also cooked perfectly.

I highly recommend folks give this restaurant a try, you will not be disappointed.

Cafe Bienville delivers an upscale menu in a casual setting. The New Orleans-themed foods and art everywhere will draw you back.

This cafe has its act together. As the price of dining out has increased, this is the kind of place that is worth your hard-earned dollar.

OK, so this is a nice quaint little type restaurant. Came here for breakfast with my husband found it decided to try it. First of all, it is clean. Seems to be all the food is homemade which I love. They only make scrambled type eggs here which is fine with me. My husband wanted something other. They didn’t allow that. What absolutely was delicious and tasty was there beignets. OMG so soft and delicious. Oh my goodness it was very good. I will come back when I’m in the area again. Also bring my girls to try their Lattes eventually. Staff was warm and friendly so all positive reviews from me.

I’ve been going to this restaurant for over a decade. Never had a bad meal and have always been impressed (and comforted!) that Chef Matt makes so much in house and knows his ingredients. I used to avoid certain foods when I started my health journey years ago, and he was one of the few restaurants that could tell me exactly what was in the food. Super flavorful dishes!! I dream about their muffuletta, but so many dishes over the years have been cycled through my go-to order. Besides being talented at what they do, the Frenches are also amazing, trustworthy, kind people who are involved in caring about the community of Niceville. Highly recommend.

Amazing place. We came for lunch. The fusion of Cuban and Creole created some very impressive dishes. A loaded sweet potato with pulled pork and black beans. Very tasty. Many other sandwiches will be worth a try. Will need to come back.

The creole cuban sandwich and the rosemary chicken sandwich were fantastic. This was the best cuban my husband has eaten in the panhandle. We also had the gumbo and black beans and rice soups. Both were very delicious, neither had too much salt, which seems to be an issue with these types of dishes here along the panhandle. The gumbo was great, especially adding a bit of hot sauce. We finished up with beignets, which were actually bigger and better than Cafe Du Monde. The only complaint has to be the cafe au lait, which was not strong enough. The chicory coffee was good, but just brewed a little too weak for adding the milk. Also, the silverware had some food residue on it, but was easily wiped off.
All in all this is probably the best place to eat in Niceville. The owners were very nice and service was fast. The food is wonderful, with the best beignets east of New Orleans.
