I had an absolute blast while getting ice cream from cabanas, not only are the staff incredibly friendly, they are also super helpful and easy going. I had the pleasure of being served by the one and only Braxton Black. I would absolutely recommend coming back for a sweet treat!!!

I would love to give this place a better review because St Joe's is such a great town to visit my family. Went for ice cream last Saturday during the car show, I ordered lavender honey. Lavender is one of my favorite flavors so of course I had to try it. Well there was absolutely NO lavender flavor in this ice cream. After taking 2 bites I did go back and ask if it was just lavender color or was it supposed to have lavender flavor. The young girl asked a young man and he said lavender flavor. I replied there was absolutely non, could I get a scoop of a different flavor since it just tasted like vanilla. He said no, and that was it. Absolutely NO customer service! Didn't care if the ice cream didn't taste like it was supposed to. As a former business owner I would have gladly given a scoop to make a happy customer. Maybe educate your employees on good service.

I walked in as they were closing. I feel 8 pm when the sunset is at 7:45 is a bit early to close. But I made it. The ice cream was smooth, creamy, delish! I had the hard serve as soft serve was not available. Premium ice cream for sure. Fantastic! Staff was nice and friendly. Place is clean and welcoming. Would recommend!

Lots of choices! The ice cream was delicious and prices are comparable to other shops. I got a kids size scoop and it was more than enough. Line was long but it moved. They even have a section of seating for kids which is cute.

Best ice cream in the area. Long line but they get through it fast and it is well worth it. Great choice of ice creams. Also, can get a shake or malt which I get the latter. Carrot cake ice cream is phenomenal. Prices are fair. Also little treats you can buy there as well. Definitely recommend.

This is a great spot for ice cream lovers, offering a wide variety of both hard and soft serve flavors, along with a solid selection of smoothies. The ice cream is homemade, which sets it apart from chains like Kilwins and gives it a noticeably fresher, more authentic taste. Unfortunately, during my visit, the soft serve machine was out of order—similar to what you’d expect at a local McDonald’s—which was a bit disappointing. Still, the quality of the hard ice cream and the range of flavors made up for it.

Lots of variety in terms of ice cream. Something I don’t see much was soft serve option of tons of flavors. Few seating options inside. great place to stop by in summer or late night treat Plenty of parking in the area
