On 09.18.23 I entered this store for the first time!
I was inquiring about the acceptance of my vision insurance!
Unfortunately, the store did not have my insurance in their network, but the woman behind the counter couldn’t have been nicer! She looked at my glasses, adjusted the hinges, and told me which optometrist in the area carried my insurance!
This is what I consider: First Class customer service!

Don't believe the other review. It's full of crap. I've been going to their office for years (I have to get a new pair every year). I love them, they're so nice. Every time I go I never remember the rules of my insurance, and she always looks them up for me- they go the extra mile to help out. The service is quick, reliable and friendly. The receptionist is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met, and she always puts a super rush on my glasses because I need them for class- with no extra charge (that I never got with any other business). They're the best. Simple as that, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Great customer service! The owner took the time to help me pick glasses that suited my face and fashion choices. She made me feel comfortable and it was a relaxing atmosphere. There were a few other people in the shop looking for glasses and everyone was cheerful and laughing as they chatted with Lynn. It is obvious that she developes relationships with her customers! That is why they keep coming back. She said that most of her business comes from word of mouth. I want to tell everyone that C Paul Cleary's is definately the best places to go for your glasses!

The owner needs to not talk as much and pay more attention to the show around her. Waited for glasses for over a month - I kept bugging she said she called and was told they were. In process finally she tells me to call - not my job - it’s your ship, I’ve paid you already I have nothing - you follow through. Finally I hear they lost the frames so come over and pick new ones which I did _ then she brings others out so I decide ok go with them. Picked up yesterday realize in store the sunglasses are plastic which means when you perspire plus should have been darker they are gonna slip strike 2 i then go home look in the mirror and see how very long the legs are on my regular glasses - you could have wrapped them twice around my ears - strike 3. I called her told her and she says I can fix that - I said you can shorten the legs - well no they all come in with that length niw - so everyone has to have the same size head. Tells me you’ll have to pick out ones your insurance offers. I’m so ticked off at that woman I don’t know how I’m gonna handle this. Because if she tells me one more time thank you for your patience - they just ran out. If I do go back it will be the last time.

C Paul Cleary is lovely small family owned business. I have been a patient for years and I can't say enough about the positive atmosphere Lynn creates. The shop is always decorated for the holidays and different seasons. There are hundreds of frames to choose from that are designer name brand. I always leave there feeling like a million bucks. Spread the word "Cleary's is the place to go for your glasses!!!!" Love it and love Lynn!

This is an outstanding local business! I am traveling and stopped in earlier today to get the nose pad on my prescription sunglasses repaired. I was greeted by the nicest friendliest woman who fixed my glasses in a few minutes. She refused to accept payment for the service. I tried several times to leave cash but she would have none of it. I hope the locals are supporting this neighborhood business well. This is what customer service used to be like in the "olden" days.

My family has been going to C Paul Cleary for over 20 years and Lynn is such a sweetheart. She makes everyone feel so special and she is so knowledgeable about what frames would be durable and look good on both my boys over the years. We all appreciate her kindness and helpfulness always..

Awesome with kids! We love "the glasses lady" as we all call her in my family! She makes picking out glasses for kids fun and gives sweet treats 🙂 Lynn even remembers our names, which makes the kids feel extra special. A definite MUST for families!!!!!
